There is 1 double bed, 2x 90 cm bed, 1 crib, 1 crib, possibility of air mattress, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub), Wi-Fi, Fenced and safe for children. Close to beaches, farms, playgrounds and Malmö. Electric car charging is available (for a fee). Pets are not allowed due to allergies. A place to land, enjoy and remember.

Two normal and one very small suitable for one person or two kids. Extra bed for infants. Stunning view over the ocean from both floors. Big garden. Nice walking paths just around the corner. Walking/cycling distance to restaurants, large bathing jetty, golf club and Smygehuk, the most southern point in Sweden (west).

Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Behind the gate hides a well-sized, secluded garden where children and dogs can run around freely. There is sun all day and the possibility of barbecue, games and hammock. Up the stairs is the entrance to the hall, kitchen with large dining area, living room with fireplace, library and AppleTV, Master Bedroom and finally Bathroom with shower. Welcome to our guest house on Sweden's southernmost headland! A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Häng hela dagen vid den uppvärmda poolen eller ta ett morgondopp i havet. Låna gärna lådcykel (el) med plats för fyra barn för att ta er till en av Sveriges vackraste stränder. Det finns även vuxen- och barncyklar i olika storlekar. På mindre än 10 min når ni stranden och på cykelavstånd finns även restauranger och affärer. Nära Skanör, Falsterbo, Malmö, Köpenhamn. Katter finns vanligtvis i hemmet.

The house is modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Grocery store within 2,5 km. If you do not cook there are two fine restaurants within 7 kilometers and a local restaurant within 400 meters. Golf course, grocery store and pizza restaurants within 2-2,5 kilometers. We will communicate via this site.
