Danielle's house is absolutely beautiful. It is super clean, and furnished to a high standard. She has thought of everything to make it a perfect home from home. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom has a great rain shower and a lovely bath, plenty of soft towels and even bath robes! The beds are really comfortable with quality bedding. We took full advantage of the outside area - having breakfast on the deck and tea on the sofa in the afternoon. The extra touches were lovely, flowers and a welcome tray of goodies plus milk in the fridge. The driveway down the side of the property was perfect with enough space to turn the car around. The location was great for us to visit The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick and the coastal path from Mawgan Porth. The local village has an amazing sour dough bakery, butcher and local co-op. Everything you need if self catering. Can't recommend this property highly enough.

Trevone is a hidden gem with a beautiful beach within walking distance of the Nook, lots of local farm shops and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely meal at the Ivy house restaurant which was only a short drive away and Padstow itself had lots to explore. The Nook itself was a lovely place to stay for us and our dog. The courtyard outside was really handy for drying wetsuits and had a BBQ out there one evening too. The kitchen was compact but had everything we needed for a short stay and the shower was amazing. We would definitely come back to stay again in future.

Lovely home In Padstow, our 2nd visit and would return again. New great bathroom since our last visit, clean and has everything you might need. Even a conservatory which gets toasty and warm, perfect for drying any washing and beach towels. An easy walk down into Padstow.

Fabulous static caravan, surprisingly spacious and well equipped for the size: we had 4 adults and a toddler and all had enough space. The place is very clean and Chanel is fantastic at communicating in advance. Thank you!

Highly recommend this cottage! We’ve already saved it for a return visit and have passed the details onto a number of family members & friends. Great location - so close to Padstow and a host of stunning beaches. Beautifully furnished. Wonderful outdoor space. Friendly & helpful hosts!

I had spoken Keltie a couple of times before arriving so I had a good idea what to expect. We are familiar with Padstow and have stayed close by many times. The House is full of character and interesting. Everything worked and with 6 of us and a baby to accommodate there was plenty of space. The house was advertised as having 2 bathrooms which is correct but the downstairs bathroom was a bit limited in size. That said it was clean and functional so no real issue.

Very lovely little place to stay. Located close to so many lovely places in Cornwall to visit. The barn was clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Dogs had a small enclosed courtyard but would have been even better to have a small enclosed grass area for them as I found the pictures a little bit misleading as I thought we did have that. The conservatory was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view.

Mark was super accommodating and helpful for an easy no stress stay. He graciously provided some breakfast items that helped get quickly started with our day of sightseeing in beautiful Cornwall.

This cottage is just a perfect home from home. Been here twice now and plan on returning time and time again. It’s spotlessly clean, cosy and central for the town and local walks and beaches. Just love it

Spacious flat with absolutely beautiful view. Friendly and responsive hosts and lovely and clean place, with lots of space for our 4 person family. Parking space is a bonus and very convenient. Thanks for making my 40th birthday so special! We love this part of Newquay and have stayed at Crest Court (in various airbnbs) for 5 years now every May - it’s great.

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. perfect home away from home within walking distance central newquay (about 20 to 30 mins) perfect for what we needed to get away after getting married earlier in the month. Check in instructions was clear and easy. Tish and Keiths home was spotless upon arrival and there was so much informatiom about newquay and the surrounding area, including bus times and every bit of info you could ever need for your stay in Newquay. We really loved our stay here definetly value for money given the location. Tish and Keith were away when we stayed but Tish was so responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Tish and Keith we will definetly be coming back!

Clare and Mike welcomed both me and my new wife with a bottle of champagne on arrival and ensured that we had a lovely honeymoon by letting us know if we needed anything, would highly recommend visiting the farm house as it is so close to the beach and was even able to enjoy a few sunsets from the window for cosy evenings!

Good sized one bedroom apartment. Better equipped than most places. Clean and tidy and has a feel of being Paul’s home. Location is convenient for walking to local amenities and is on a bus route. There is parking to the front of the property. Sarah was our point of contact and she was quick to reply and was very helpful. Thank you

What a find! Loathed to publicise this place. Comfortably slept 4, the dressing area was a great addition for two teenagers getting ready. The shower was fabulous. Very clean, ample parking with plenty of storage and a walk away from the town centre. Hosts helpful and welcoming. if you need it book it in advance as we might move in.

The location is perfect. Train and busstation are in walking distance. The apartment and views are absolutely beautiful, you definitely pay for this though, personally I found it quite a bit pricey but it was worth it.

Fantastic return visit, look forward to rebooking for our next trip! We love this place. All the best!

Lovely short peaceful stay in this self contained flat. Beautifully finished to a high standard and super clean and tidy. We would be more than happy to visit here again. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, well appointed flat. Everything was clean and tidy and lovely to have a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits (especially after a long drive). The flat is about 30min walk/10min cycle to Rock beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. We were able to store our bikes in a locked shed. It was great to put our bikes on the ferry to Padstow and then cycle the Camel trail. We also cycled to Polzeath beach which was lovely but hilly! Stephen let us use his EV charger for our hybrid and we paid for the time we used. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

Our second stay at Julia’s, apartment is fab, really enjoyable, perfect location, beach is so close with lots of bars and restaurants accessible on foot. Loved it, looking forward to our return. 😎

We had a lovely one night stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with tea/coffee and the doughnuts were a delicious extra! The bed is super comfy with soft bedding which makes for the perfect spot to watch tv! Jon was also quick to reply and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!
