The cottage is quietly located on a dead end street with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650m from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, freezer and sofa bed. Super cozy accommodation almost directly at the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower as well as TV. The patio has a brilliant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

The open kitchen and living area features modern white cabinetry, a wooden countertop, and stainless steel appliances. A cozy sofa is positioned nearby, while a bar table with high stools offers additional seating. Bright light floods in through multiple windows, enhancing the spacious layout.

Our new (2019) and nice guest house at cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a couple of minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking everyday or partying. In addition to toilet, shower and sink, the bathroom also has a combined laundry and dryer. New patio (2020) with tables, chairs and ability to barbeque.

Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

Heléne really knows how to take care of guests! We stayed one night in connection with my partner's birthday and we are completely blown away! So incredibly beautiful! The silence was completely magical, cows just outside and the surroundings were like a fairy tale. The kitchen had everything to cook a birthday dinner and we got some of their own eggs for breakfast (delicious!). In the evening, we ate and had a glass of wine on the veranda - wonderful. When it got dark, we borrowed the hot tub and sat there and enjoyed it until late. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I fell asleep before I put my head on the pillow. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, clean & luxurious with hosts who really go the extra mile! Would move in tomorrow if possible - thank you!

I was so lucky to come across Johan's apartment when I searched through the Airbnb app in connection with participation in the Öbollen football tournament. The communication went well. Quick and good answers when I had questions before my stay. We were 3 men where 2 shared a bedroom and I slept in a bed in the living room. Wasn't much in the apartment itself as the days went by for the football cup. Simple and straightforward standard in the apartment, with everything you need in everyday life. Spacious living room and nice patio. We also got to borrow bikes. Great coastal path just outside the door. Really great surroundings. If we ever go back to Öbollen, we will gladly go back to Johan :-)

We had two nights in the basement room which was neat and clean. There was what we needed. We enjoyed breakfast in the garden and only met a few others in the basement. We could hear activity from upstairs but it didn't bother. Nice place with walking distance to the city center and grocery store.
