The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm that is located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.
