Casa Gemma, located on a hill 1 km from the sea and the village, is a small detached house with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Arbatax. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room-kitchen with a dishwasher, a small outdoor bathroom with a washing machine, and an outdoor shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and mosquito nets. It is not made of masonry and does not have designer furnishings, but it is comfortable and well equipped. Children under 2 years of age are not allowed. No animals; no campers/trailers/cars longer than 4.3 meters/vans.
