A very clean and new place. Very quiet. The town and the beach is near. Loved it. And very quick and good communication with the host.

Very nice place to stay, right on the sea, large, wild garden, lots of nature.

The property is in the historic center, a traditional stone house completely renovated preserving traditional materials. It is a nice studio apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, furnished with care , next to the patron saint's house. At the edge of Sadali's forest, near the stream. A place suitable for those looking for tranquility, nature and silence. Elisabetta was a great host who gave us tips for restaurants and activities in the area. You can usually find a parking space near the house.

The beautiful, bright apartment was magnificent. From the kitchen/living room, from the bedroom and the terrace, magnificent views and everything with floor-to-ceiling windows that can be completely opened. You also feel perfect inside, as on the terrace. Since I traveled by scooter, I was quickly at the supermarket or on the beautiful promenade. Walking is more strenuous, as the apartment is high above Cala Gonone. (Therefore the great view) Also perfect as a starting point for the beautiful coast with countless fantastic bays. I am glad to have found this beautiful place to stay. I will definitely return, maybe on my way back.

The most perfect place to stay! As close to the water you can get! Great location can walk everywhere, perfect space with the best sea views. Vincenza was an amazing host and made everything very easy, would definitely stay again 😊

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

We had a great time, the owners make you feel at home and are very kind. The house is really nice and spacious, very clean and close to many areas of interest (beaches, restaurants, etc.) We will definitely be back.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

Good location for climbers. A bit chilly in the spring time so make sure you have some extra covers. GF gave us heaters so we were ok.

Wonderful 1 month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right at the house. Beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even nicer even in the pictures). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is designed to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take great care to make you feel as good as possible. A sweet family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Pool also very pleasant! In addition, received good tips from our host for nearby restaurants, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. Can only say positive things Ritas B&B in the small town of Loceri. My husband, our little son, and I stayed with Rita for a week. She's really made something of the place. There is a super nice and sheltered seating area outside the apartment, with lots of plants, fruit trees and colors. The pool area feels like a small oasis with grapevines and olive trees around it. Rita pays attention to the details and you can tell. It's even nicer than the pictures on Airbnb. The apartment itself has everything you need and Rita makes sure it is clean and inviting. Rita and her husband are very nice and warm hosts. The stay with you was very nice and relaxed. The whole property is like a small paradise with many fruit trees and you can see that a lot of love is put into everything. I am glad I chose Rita's place and can really only recommend it. It certainly wasn't the last time I stayed with her.

We had a wonderful time at Marcantonio's place. The place is beautiful, new, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly arranged for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.
