The villa is located just 200 meters from the beach (photo). Access to this portion of the coastline is reserved for residents of the condominium only, making the beach always uncrowded even in the middle of the summer season. The size of the beach, the small number of bathers and the absence of establishments grant the privilege - unique in the entire stretch of coast - to enjoy large spaces. For those who prefer the convenience of their services, there are establishments immediately adjacent.

Quiet, detached cottage 70 meters from the sea. The beach with a bar, where you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, or the public beach. The cottage consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. Living room with TV, air conditioner in sleeping area and mosquito nets. Washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. Outside: large table, outdoor shower, barbecue, sun loungers and large umbrella.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Forget any worries, forget the car and think only about the sea. This terraced house is a short walk from the nearest beach (10 minutes on foot) and 5 minutes drive from the shopping area. With only a 5 min walk you will find: minimarket, greengrocer, newsstand, rotisserie, caffè, hardware store, parapharmacy, ice cream shop, pizzeria and one of the most equipped fish shop in the whole Circeo bay! With up to 10 beds, the house is well-suitable for families or groups of friends!

There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.
