Featuring a Hot Tub and its own mini pub (The Coombe House Inn) there is plenty to do for all of the family. Measuring approx 250sqm with a grand sitting room there is plenty of space to relax or socialise. Being on Babbacombe Downs you have direct access to all of the Beaches, cafes, restaurants and bars that it has to offer and also one of the best coastal views in Devon.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
