We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Shinjuku! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still just a short walk from the station, restaurants, and convenience stores. It made exploring Tokyo incredibly easy and stress-free. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had all the essentials we needed, good Wi-Fi, lots of towels and toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the easy self-check-in process. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

It was a quiet neighborhood with short walks to the train stations. We enjoyed our stayed and the comfortable lodging.

Location was great! We can walk to all Ueno attractions and take train to practically anywhere in Japan from the nearby Ueno station. Apartment was cozy enough for two persons. We didn't need to cook at all, given the many food choices within walking distance. The large supermarket (within 10 min) offers a large variety of takeaway food, fruits and bakes at reasonable prices. Would stay again if we are back in Ueno!

The host was very responsive and the location was very good!

The location is very close to the subway station, there is a lot of food nearby, and the convenience store is a bit far from the ground floor.There is free wifi in the homestay, there may be no washing machine, I am satisfied with the rest!The landlord was very friendly and happy to interact, and I will come back again next time if I get the chance.

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Very cozy house in a clean neighborhood. My family really enjoy the quietness and privacy. It’s a new and full-functional home. Not located in center Tokyo, but just 3 minutes walking to train station and fast to Shibuya by express line. Erin also gives many useful guide in Tokyo for us.

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Very nice stay with all the facilities and big beds and very clean and clean.Great location, about 300 meters from the station, there are convenience stores next to 50 meters, it is convenient😊👍

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to almost all lawson or 7-11 stores which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. The host was kind, respectful, and an overall wonderful person, would recommend to any one who want stay at his apartment. Looking forward to staying here again...

The house is close to both the station and the convenience store, and can easily go to some hot spots.And the check-in time is very flexible, provides a place to leave your luggage, which can be accessed at any time, which is very practical in Tokyo. But the house is more suitable for 2-3 people for a short stay because the space is limited and some suitcases cannot be opened.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Shibuya! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family. The location is excellent! Just a short walk to Shibuya Station, Shibuya Crossing, shopping malls, convenience stores, and great places to eat. It was easy to get around Tokyo from here. Even though it’s in the heart of the city, the apartment was quiet and restful at night. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. We highly recommend this place to families or groups looking for a convenient, clean, and centrally located stay in Tokyo!

Hayazaka is a great host. She has been helpful from the start until we check out. She put her extra effort to make sure the guest comfortable in her place. She loves children and she even cook hot water for my baby even before we came. Her warm welcome, hospitality and flexibility made our stay memorable in Tokyo - Thank you so much!! The environment is very beautiful, the living room can open the suitcase, and the middle floor is very comfortable.The downside is that it's easy to hit your head on the ceiling, so it's a good idea to put some foam tape!The location is just one stop from the next station in Pool Bucket, so it's very convenient.

Easy subway access to popular places like Ginza and Shibuya. Location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, liked it a lot because we wanted to be away from the busy part of Tokyo. The rental is very well maintained, comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely return.

Miao is really responsive and helpful. She helps provide useful information about surroundings and recommend restaurants/ drug store and etcs. The location is close to train and easy to go anywhere. The room is just remodeled so everything is so clean and nice. The warm water came out so quick and beddings/towel are so clean and homey. I really enjoy the stay here. Highly recommend.

What can I say! This was the perfect location to explore Tokyo! Steps from the station. Gun san, and his colleague were waiting to greet us and helped take our luggage to the apartment. He was very accomplished our early check in request. The apartment is close to all amenities including groceries/transportation and great restaurants. The apartment is spotless! Everything was as described! The washer and dryer worked great! Hot water was hot and AC worked great! I would hands down stay here again when visiting Tokyo, no question!
