Welcome to this cozy cottage of about 50 m2, with a private location next to a Nature Reserve, a few km from Rönnängs Brygga on southernmost Tjörn! The cottage is furnished with living room/kitchen and two separate bedrooms – one double bed in one and single bed + bunk bed in the other room + sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a dining area and various kitchen equipment, however, the water is not drinkable. The toilet has incineration and shower. In the living room there is TV and exit to spacious terrace. The house was renovated outside during spring 2020.

The property is located rural with large child-friendly plot - bordered to pastures and fields, 1.5 km from the ocean and barely 3 km from Røre Rump, a child-friendly swimming area with maybe Tjörn's finest sunsets. The property with dwelling house, guest house and barn has a patio with roof, trampoline and ping pong table. Room for several cars.

Private house 70m from the sea on car-free Dyrön!

Our house is located 70 m from the sea. You just wrap yourself in a towel and trudge down to the child-friendly beach or to the lovely cliffs with trampoline. A 5-minute walk away is the sauna where you can enjoy the sea from the sauna window. The island is car-free, with a tranquility that is unbeatable. Nonetheless, there are amenities such as ICA shop, restaurants, mini golf course and kiosk. Around the island there is a lovely hiking trail and if you are lucky you will encounter mufflon sheep on the way.

An outdoor patio area is presented with a wooden deck, featuring a dining table surrounded by sleek metal chairs. A lounge seating arrangement with soft cushions invites relaxation. Soft light fixtures hang above, enhancing the space which overlooks a swimming pool.

Närmaste matbutik ca 10 min bort med bil och ca 45 min från Göteborg. Saltvattenpoolen är uppvärmd under sommarmånaderna och gräsmattan inbjuder till diverse utomhuslekar. Inga sängkläder eller handdukar är inkluderat. Städning av badrum, kök, golv mm görs av gästerna innan man lämnar boendet.

In a natural location, with grazing cows and the sea bay as a view is this 50s holiday home. Sun for breakfast on one side of the house and sunset to enjoy on the other side. We welcome both adults and families with children. Rörtång's swimming area 2,5 km away, is especially suitable for somewhat older children bathing from the jetty and likes crab fishing. Also our garden is child-friendly with a lawn, large trampoline and balls etc. to borrow (but not fenced with fences.)

The cabin of Peter and Jenny is cozy and lovingly furnished, the garden is great, he offered our children delicious berries to pick, a trampoline and swing to play and streams and a waterfall to discover and rabbits to cuddle. Jenny and Peter were great hosts, they were very kind and accommodating. We felt right at home. Thanks so much for the great memories!

Beautiful surroundings and fantastic accommodation with pool. Linda and her husband were super helpful with everything from tips on restaurants to activities. Nice with that little extra touch in the form of bathrobes and nice flowers on the table! Can really recommend both the accommodation and the island! We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful week here and Christina was very nice and quick in all communication. One big advantage was that everything we needed was in place and we were allowed to use pantry and consumables, which made the stay easy! We were a large group of 9 people (three families) and we had to think a little to distribute the bedrooms, which meant that we experienced it a little "crowded", but everything can be planned if you are prepared. The deck by the house is amazing! It is a bit to get to swimming, so a car is recommended. We can highly recommend Christina and her house!

We were very happy in Pernilla's little house. It is a renovated 19th century house with everything you need. Even when our children and grandchildren visited us, it was not too small. You can also sit outside on a patio. Björkö is a manageable island with an ICA, a gas station, a restaurant and a harbor. You can take beautiful hikes. The morning round with the dog is terrific in itself. We were sad when our time was over but we will be happy to come back.
