Nearby are also nice walking paths. You are shared with other residents of other houses.

The apartment is located in a stand-alone house on a farm in Mölnebo on Tjörn. Quiet and peaceful area 100 metres from the sea. It was renovated in 2013, and has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc) Three bedrooms (2+1 & 4 beds) a bathroom with shower WC, washing machine, living room with TV, WIFI, furnished balcony with morning sun and an adorable sea view. Large garden with car parking and barbecue possibility. Sheets and towels are included, cleaning is not included. Possibility to borrow bikes or rent kayak (4pcs)

Peaceful living by the sea

With the sea in the eye, the guest house built in 2021 is located on a part of our site. There are sleeping places for four people, two in double bedrooms and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse has its own wind sheltered patio. Here, all seasons have a fancy. It is 200 meters to rocks with a bathing ladder. A more than a mile away, there is a municipal swimming area with piers. There are good opportunities for walking/hiking and excursions at Tjörn. Hero protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Bedroom with dux bed (160cm), smaller bedroom with a bed. Friggebod (bunk bed+single bed). Kitchen; dishwasher, stove(hot air) microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Shower-two in easy tap. Outdoor shower, (hot water). Outdoor patio southeast and veranda on the west. BBQ+ hammock. 100m to the island's best baths and rocks. Beach and rock baths.

Welcome to our house at a quiet getaway island 'Lilla Askerön' one hour north of Gothenburg. During 2020 the house was fully renovated to a modern standard but keeping the soul from 1962. Please note! Bedroom no 3 is situated in another small annex, appr 30 meters away from the house. No kitchen or bathroom there. There is an additional fee if you would like to use it, when you are less than 6 persons. Please note! Bedlinen and towels not included and you must clean the house before leaving.

The house is in very child-friendly area about 200 meters from bathing jetty and beach and about 10-15 min walk down to Mollösund village. Mollösund is located about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Gothenburg. Bohuslän West coast Orust. Bed sheets and towels are included During high season July 1 to August 15, the house is rented out only full weeks

Rovas and Rooms

Rovor and Rooms consist of a large apartment of 120m2 and can accommodate 13 people. You rent the entire apartment. The area is child friendly. Close to the city center and restaurants and yet located in a genuine farm environment with sheep, chickens (eggs) and cats. It is 10 minutes walking distance to the water and municipal outdoor swimming. Rovor and Rum are located in Toftenäs Nature Reserve with beautiful walking trails and wonderful nature.
