Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Peaceful accommodation by the sea

With the sea in view, the guest house, built in 2021, is located on a part of our property. There are sleeping accommodations for four people, two in a double bedroom and two in the loft in single beds. The guest house has a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a bathing ladder from the rocks 200 m away. It is a little over a km to the municipal swimming area with docks. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions on Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea in the west.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

In idyllic Rönnäng, this fantastic mini-villa of 25m2 is just a stone's throw from Rönnäng's jetty. Built in 2017 and contains everything that should contribute to a nice and carefree holiday. Here it is close to swimming, piers, restaurant and kiosk. Parking space outside the door. Feel free to visit the cozy islands of Åstol and Dyrön during your stay. Lägenheten ligger nära Kungälv Kode Golfbana och nära till Vadholmens badplats, samt flera olika utflyktsmål nära till hands. Lägenheten är ca 50 kvm - två rum & kök, badrum & altan. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

In the apartment, you can enjoy both sea views and evening sun.
