The cottage is located only 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces, there is a beautiful sea view. The house is from 1966 and has a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140:200. Outside, there are terraces to the east, south and west with a gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath and a wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: DKK 4 per kWh. The money is settled on departure in DKK or euros in cash.

The house is newly renovated and tastefully furnished with kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There are 8 sleeping places in the house. In addition, there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is access to a cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue as well as lovely sunshine. There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.
