Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'appartamento di Federica per due notti. Ospitalità impeccabile, pulizia degli ambienti, stanze grandi e comode, bagno funzionale, zona cucina accessoriata, centro storico a due passi. i consigli dell'host sono stati utilissimi per goderci il weekend nella bella Tivoli e per raggiungere Roma lontani dal caos della Capitale. Se dovessimo ritornare in zona proveremmo certamente ad alloggiare di nuovo presso Domus Mia! Carmine, Noemi e Gaia.

Un’esperienza unica! L’appartamento è semplicemente meraviglioso: pulitissimo, accogliente e attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno — e anche di più. La cura con cui Luca ha preparato ogni dettaglio è davvero unica. Abbiamo trovato una vasta scelta per la colazione, spazzolino e dentifricio in caso di dimenticanze, e persino due cavi multi-uscita per ricaricare qualsiasi dispositivo. Un’attenzione che fa la differenza: le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano non solo puliti, ma anche profumatissimi, cosa per nulla scontata! Per non parlare della vista sul lago di Nemi: semplicemente incantevole. Un panorama che da solo vale il soggiorno, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare dal caos della città. Infine, Luca è stato un host eccezionale: disponibilissimo, attento e generoso di consigli preziosi che ci hanno permesso di scoprire il meglio della zona. Una vera guida turistica! Consigliatissimo. Si percepisce chiaramente quanta passione ci sia dietro: torneremo sicuramente!

Ein absoluter Traum für alle Rom-Reisende. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight nach einem langen Tag voller Sightseeing – Entspannung pur. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und doch nahe am Zentrum – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem mit der Metro erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Location tranquilla e lontana dal caos. Mi sono sentito a casa. Consiglio vivamente a chi, dopo una giornata intensa di impegni, vuole prendersi del tempo per sè. Cecilia è stata molto ospitale e flessibile, venendo incontro alle mie necessità causate da impegni lavorativi. Che dire, eccellente.

Soggiorno perfetto, appartamento come da descrizione, host molto gentili e disponibili. In caso dovessi tornare a Roma tornerò sicuramente qui!!

Uno de los mejores alojamientos que estuvimos, la atención de Lucía inmejorable, nos dwjo un presente que no pudimos degustar pero amamos su gesto, el lugar hermoso y a un paso de la fontana di treinta, lo cual te permite ir temprano cuando no hay nadie. Sin dudas volveremos.

Wir haben von Do-So Rom gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt ca 20 Min vom Ausgehviertel Trasteverde entfernt. Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß erkundet und die knapp 200 Stufen rauf runter in Kauf genommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter geben herzlich und ausführlich Einweisung rund um die blitzblanke Wohnung. WLAN funktioniert gut und auch sonst haben wir Nichts zu bemängeln.

Ho soggiornato in questo monolocale per circa un mese e mi sono trovato davvero bene. L'appartamento è ben arredato, completo di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, e si trova in una posizione ottima: a pochi passi dalla stazione, ma in una zona tranquilla e non rumorosa. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, un parco e tutte le attività essenziali. L’host è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e attento. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio, sia per soggiorni brevi che più lunghi

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

Lorenzo’s apartment in Fiumicino was beautiful and clean, the area was amazing. 3 minutes walk from bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the beach. And 8 minutes from the airport. Lorenzo was very easy to reach and very responsive. he helped us with an early check in, and even helped us arranging transportation to the airport the next day. The only regret was not staying longer in Fiumicino. In just one day we felt in-love with the area This places is 100% recommended.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cet agréable logement . Simonetta et Tonino nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons eu quelques bons conseils concernant le quartier et les visites à Rome. Ils ont été disponibles et serviables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

La experiencia en TT House ha sido sobresaliente. Se adaptaron a la hora tardía de nuestra llegada y nos recibieron amablemente. Las indicaciones de acceso fueron muy claras y la localización si vas en coche es buena, aunque también es recomendable si usas transporte público. El apartamento estaba impecable, con todo tipo de detalles. La climatización funciona bien y todo estaba en buen estado. Repetiremos seguro

We had an amazing time at Francesca’s. The amazing view alone is worth every penny, but it was also so nice to be so centrally located and within walking distance to most of the major sites in Rome. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with high ceilings and cool artwork. Francesca and Daniela were both very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfy and air conditioner was a bit loud, but worked well. We had to fight with the key a bit to get into the main entrance to the apartment complex, the trick is to push in a bit when you turn the key and hear it click, and then open the door, but we figured it out! Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Rome, the view is truly unbeatable and we didn’t feel guilty for staying in the apartment to rest for a few hours because we felt like we could experience the sites simply by looking out of our window!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace
