Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tirrenia

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Loved the house. Huge, very Tuscan and with private car access. A 20. Highly recommended! Ahhh! And the baby's crib had a loving whiteness

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Her family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we'd come back anytime!

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location! An attentive and very kind host! The bedding is super comfortable and the place is as shown in the pictures. Breakfast is awesome! You can go there without a second thought!

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

The place I would take to any travel with me. Homey, modern but still local, with minimal but just right equipment, clean. 15 min walk to the city center and 18 min walk to the central railway station.

Lovely apartment in a villa, independent entrance and garden, maximum privacy guaranteed in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc., are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

Very beautiful apartment, nicely furnished with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was lovely to stay there. Bakery, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old town of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and in front of the door also possible at a cost.

Had a lovely one night stay here. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, lots of little details that make it great and alessandro is very friendly helpful and responsive. The location is also lovely just outside of the busy main town but walkable to the tower etc. highly recommend!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Elena’s apartment was even better than the photos! Even the teenagers were impressed! The location could not be better. We could walk to everything. We had such a great stay in Lucca and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! We were lucky with the weather and could use the magnificent terrace every day. Otherwise, the apartment would probably have been too small for two of us. Thanks also for the nice welcome with wine and snacks and nice tips for the area! It was very hot during the day, the air conditioning was too loud for us to sleep, but at night you could ventilate well. The apartment, the terrace, the view of the rooftops, the relaxed neighborhood - a great atmosphere. We had a lot of fun on the trip to Canyon Park, Lucca and the sea. We only wish the plants on the terrace were better cared for. These were completely dried up when we arrived. Clear watering instructions for the guests would certainly be helpful (plastic plants are not a solution with the charm of the apartment and the terrace). There are no bedside lamps, neither downstairs nor upstairs. For all those who only read digitally, no problem. We hope we can come back again

It's a great apartment. Very spacious and with a terrace almost as large as the apartment, very well furnished to enjoy it. Very well-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning works very well. I was great that I had a very large garage underneath to store my rental car. Francesca is always ready to help and if you miss something, she fixes it for you. It's a very quiet area with noises. Highly recommended.

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. An absolutely stunning apartment, located right in the centre of Old Lucca. Lucia was an amazing hostess, giving us loads of really useful information, and recommendations, all of which turned out to be spectacular. From sites to see, best times to go to avoid crowds, restaurants, places for breakfast. Probably one of the most helpful hosts we have experienced with AirBnB. The Duke apartment was wonderful, with everything provided, and with stunning views over Lucca to the mountains on the horizon. There were great restaurants and cafes within 3-5 minutes walk of the apartment, and the provision of 3 bikes was great to gently explore the city walls. All in all, we could not have been more pleased with the apartment, or Lucia (and Maurizio), who were great communicators, from booking through to leaving Lucca, even booking a taxi to the airport for us. Thank you Lucia for your hospitality and kindness.
