The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with large terrace, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. According to the needs of the guests, you can have 3 double beds. To these, it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years old).
