Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Located in a quite area next to the beach, you can find some typical shop to buy local products. We provide weekly change of bed and bathroom, kitchen utensils, tableware, glassware, flatware.

A stone's throw from the beach and the historic center of Viareggio, "Casa Vacanze Paolina" is a typical Viareggina house recently renovated . The one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and is perfect for 2 or 4 people. For those who need to park their car, you can buy a pass to leave the car in the blue spaces near the house for the time of your stay.
