Bright and charming apartment completely renovated, 50 meters from the sea! It was my personal care, as an architect, to renovate this apartment so that the guest can experience the true spirit of Marina di Pisa, taking care of the furnishings, and all the finishes. The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with large terrace, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. Situated on the first floor of Palazzo Pfanner, a charming baroque Palazzo and building of historical interest in the centre of the town of Lucca, the apartment recreates perfectly the atmosphere of the antique noble residences for visitors who wish to try this unique experience. The apartment, which has frescoes dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries and the original ceiling with beams and ‘seminato alla veneziana’ flooring, offers a splendid panoramic view over the garden.

"Casa Made in Story" is a large modern house with a separate entrance and 300 square meters of private garden. It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. Depending on the needs of the guests, you can have 3 double beds. To these it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years).
