Welcome to the basement apartment 'Basement 21,' with its own toilet, shower, and kitchen (approx. 35 square meters). Good for a break with a quiet sleep away from the hustle and bustle. Simple, retro-style place to stay. The apartment is located in the souterrain/basement of our end-of-row house, which we ourselves occupy upstairs. Almost the entire basement is yours. Ceiling height: 1.98 m. Private entrance/access through the garden, in a quiet residential area, 5 min. Walk to the beach. You can stay until 1 pm on the day of departure.

Timmi1: Our apartment is a cozy 2.5 room apartment in the center. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea with a fine sandy beach. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Linens & towels included. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi. In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.
