Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) with a southwest-facing position has sun from noon until evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or dinner. Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.
