Waterfront vacation rentals in Timmendorfer Strand

The apartment is even nicer in real life than the pictures. Amazing, we felt so comfortable. The beach in front of door! The only thing that was not so clear to us was that it is located directly on a holiday resort. It was still quite quiet now, I think during the high season it would be too touristy for me. But the apartment super clean, great I furnished and amazing view!!

Overall, the accommodation is incredible! However, I find it is only 3.5- 4 stars! Because privacy is not really offered here. There are about 5 people going in and out of the terrace to get into the parking garage. I don't know to what extent this is agreed with the accommodation or the host, but it is very unpleasant and cumbersome, especially when you are standing in your sleepwear in the morning. Accordingly, I think the accommodation is really great, but because of the privacy point, I think it may be €100 too expensive. Because you are not guaranteed to remain unobserved there.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, cozy, everything is perfect. Great that you can park the bikes in a shed (with electricity). We used this apartment as a starting point for bike tours. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

nice and quiet place to stay. On foot you can quickly reach the sea, there is also a beach chair belonging to the accommodation, which was very nice. In addition, 2 bicycles in the basement. Good communication with the landlord. Recommended!

We had a very nice time in Billy's apartment. The sea view and the location on the beach are just great. Here are just a few small suggestions for improvement: a laundry rack would be super helpful, and it would have been nice to know beforehand that the pool is not yet open at the end of May. The mattress in the bed was a little soft. We didn't test the sofa bed. And please don't forget your sleep mask! The bed has a curtain, but the windows do not. Billy always responded super quickly to all inquiries. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Staying with Ute and Kay was perfect, such a beautiful place with direct views of the water is rare in this price range. The short walk to the water and a beautiful terrace to stay complete the vacation. Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

i stayed with my little daughter for 3 nights at Anke's place. The place was clean and exactly as described by Anke. The bed and mattress were super comfy and we slept great. also, the area is very quiet. we could have used the garden with beach chair. all in all, staying at Anke's was exactly what I expected. i'll be back for sure. We felt comfortable right away and we lacked nothing - only blackout blinds or pleats would complete the whole thing to have even more privacy. Unforgettable time in this beautiful house! Not a day went by when we were not fascinated by the house, garden and nature. Felt immediately comfortable and welcome. Information and excursion tips summarized in a book were super helpful. The garden is a dream for children (and adults!) - large with trampoline, swings, sandbox and fireplace. Personal greeting card and fresh flowers in the house pleased us. House fully equipped, on request with bed linen and towels. The area offers many activities: Karl-May-Festspiele, kayaking and bike tours, hiking and relaxing on lakes. We often used binoculars to observe animals. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back!"

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage by the lake! The surroundings are pure paradise! We are there - surrounded by the wonderful old trees, the view of the lake and the many bird sounds - immersed in nature and have recovered, as we have not done for a long time. We spent a week in the vacation home with a total of 6 adults and two children and felt very comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The cottage was very clean and the host was extremely accommodating.

On our way to Denmark, we wanted to visit Hamburg. That's why we searched for an address through Air BnB. We ended up at Felix's address. This friendly host has arranged it well for his guests. A great place to stay with all the amenities needed to stay pleasantly for a few days and nights. We highly recommend Felix. A real superhost.

Cozy apartment with access to its own terrace. Free parking in the roundabout just outside the property. Approximately 10 minutes on foot to the Langenfelde S-train station, where S3 and S5 run into the city. Approximately 20 minutes' walk from the apartment is Eimsbüttel, where we ate at La Classe Capanna, which served good, homemade food. There was coffee, oil and spices for us in the kitchen, and shampoo etc. in the bathroom. There were both large and small pillows, and the bedding was nice and tasteful. Eva's husband called and asked if everything was okay and gave us tips for the city. We were very happy with the stay!

We were with nine people for an extended weekend in this really nice and tastefully decorated house. The location is quiet and close to nature. Nothing was missing, the kitchen is also very well equipped. We all liked it very much and I would definitely recommend it.

We were able to spend a very relaxing long weekend here with the family. The house is wonderfully quiet between the fields, is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Among other things, the selection of games for young and old and of course the coffee preparation options were great! Peter was very helpful and easily accessible.

For the third time I really enjoyed a little break in the sweet, quiet apartment with sea views. This time with the great blooming tree outside the window. Wonderful.

Our stay at Martina's in Sierksdorf was very nice. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, but that's nobody's fault. The apartment was great for us (3 people), for 4 people it would have been a little cramped. The house looks a bit outdated from the outside and the hallway was unfortunately a bit musty, but the apartment was in top condition! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom had been cleaned perfectly and generally everything was clean and nicely furnished. There was also a TV in the living room - which pleased us - although this was explicitly not listed as a feature. The communication with Martina was easy, she answered all the questions from us. The parking situation of the listing was somewhat incomprehensible and we did not find the key box directly, but Martina was very easy to reach by phone and was always available for questions. All in all a nice stay!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped (hairdryer, laundry rack for the balcony, many spices and kitchen utensils already available). The apartment was very clean and has a quiet location. Nice reception with welcome drinks (bottle of wine and water), as well as personal message.

I was in Kiel for 5 weeks for work and I loved the accommodation! Thanks to the great weather, I was able to enjoy the sunset from the balcony every evening. The apartment is very nice and above all practically furnished. The beach is right outside the door and shopping was a breeze within a few minutes by car. Thanks to the private parking space, parking was always possible without any problems. The hosts were super friendly and always immediately available. If I have to go to Kiel again, I would definitely choose this accommodation again!

We stayed with Ivonne for the second time after 2022 and felt right at home again. The apartment is beautifully located at the harbor entrance of Fehmarn, which means watching all kinds of boats and ships entering and leaving from the balcony in the morning at breakfast and in the evening at sunset, plus the kite and windsurfers (depending on the time of day and wind). It is just beautiful! We will be happy to come back <3

We stayed six days with our two girls in Mieke's apartment. The house is quietly located and you can go for a good walk from there. The children liked the garden and the animals very much. The apartment is well and conveniently equipped. From the "Mittlerer Landweg" stop (a few minutes by car; Park & Ride day ticket: €2) you can quickly get to the city and all kinds of Hamburg sights by S2. Overall, as a family, we enjoyed this mix of peace and action in the city very much.

We spent the turn of the year in Schönhagen with peace and convenience. The apartment is located not far from the beach and is equipped with everything you need. We used the sauna in the basement to ourselves. The place is a good starting point for numerous excursions, especially even in warmer weather by bike. Thanks to Jan for the nice welcome.

Helmut is a real host! Although we (unfortunately) did not meet him personally, his descriptions of how the check-in works were detailed, very detailed, accurate and easy to understand. With him, we felt very well taken care of. He really cared that we were doing well. He promptly answered questions to our complete satisfaction. We would love to take advantage of his hospitality again.
