For walks with your four-legged friend or bike rides, the steep coast along the Broden shore is ideal.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

With the well-equipped kitchen, you can optimally cater for yourself. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).

Great apartment directly at the lake. The Baltic Sea is also easily accessible. The apartment is well furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing time, even with children. The surroundings provide ample scope for leisure activities. Gerd and Lisa take care of everything and are very helpful.

Ocean view apartment

The place is really beautiful. There is a master bedroom with a great comfortable and large bed, great closets and a sitting niche with beautiful views. There is also a children's bedroom with a double bunk bed and desk. Both rooms can be easily darkened. The living-dining area is wonderfully cozy and the kitchen is superbly equipped. The bathroom is also modern and clean. The apartment is very new and modern-cozy. Very stylish. The house is in the second row to the beach promenade, from several windows you can see the sea. The center of Timmendorfer Strand can be reached on foot in 19 minutes and Niendorf in 15 minutes. It's 2 minutes to the great beach. We felt completely comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the service. Jule was always available for questions via text and took great care of everything, even when we forgot a large bag of our luggage after departure, Jule did a great job.

An indoor swimming pool area features a tranquil blue tiled pool placed against a mural depicting a serene beach scene. Comfortable loungers are positioned by the edge of the pool, with soft lighting enhancing the calming atmosphere of the space.

Niendorf is worth a trip! Many possibilities to see different places in the area! The accommodation is centrally located, everything you need is easily accessible! We will probably be happy to come back☘️

Everything was clean and well maintained. Communication is very good and very friendly. The furnishings in the kitchen (kitchen-living room with modern sofa bed) and bathroom are a little outdated. There is no oven, only a microwave, which we did not use. The bedroom is very small and more for slim people! 😀 The beds are good. Overall positive!!

The second time I felt very comfortable in this well-kept and clean apartment. Everything is available for a carefree vacation. Dagmar is a warm and helpful hostess. I'd love to come back again.
