Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Linens & towels included. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Nice quiet apartment for 2 people (non-smokers only). Kitchen very well equipped. Public Wi-Fi. Balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. Sauna Fri-Sun can be used at certain times. Spa area closed in Nov. for approx. 2 weeks. Private parking at the house. Bicycle cellar. No animals allowed.
