Very responsive, everything as described, space was large for a studio and well appointed

Personally me and my husband really enjoyed the rooftop, pool table and dvd selections. The rooms are very spacious, perfect for what we needed for our short trip. We were close to the water and also the zoo(which we came for). There’s a McDonald’s and a gas station across the street for any last minute snacks and drinks. It was super convenient for our Ubers to find us for our rides. Jesse was very quick to respond to any questions I had and also provided extra info that was very helpful that made our stay smooth.

Clean and nice place to stay... would come again

Jesse's place is great, had a great time, La Paloma is a very clean and perfectly located. Pools are cristal clear and the private beach is also beautiful. Had a great time and my family did too.

This is a great little place. It is walk-able to Balboa Park (and the zoo, if you want to add some steps to your day at the zoo). It was clean. Comfortable. It was a bit far from downtown for my little's legs, but for grown ups and bigger kids the walks would be no problem. Having a little kitchen was super. I did not attend the time-share presentation. The only thing i did not care for is the bathroom light was motion detecting, and super bright. So it would turn off while showering, and getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night was blinding. It is possible there is a way to turn it on and off to stay on or off, but i did not figure it out.

Location, location, location!! What a fabulous spot and fantastic resort. The view was incredible and so much to do within walking distance. 10/10 would book again!

Naty’s house is beautiful with a view of the ocean super nice i felt so welcomed and at home. Super clean and cozy definitely staying again. Her home is gated so i felt really safe. Naty was so nice and helpful she even gave us directions and recommendations on where to go eat and explore. I recommend 100%. Gracias naty :)

Tal y como en las fotos, un excelente lugar para descansar, con todo lo necesario para hacer cómoda la estancia, lo único que no me funciono fue alexa para las luces led pero nada que el control manual no resolviera. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para el descanso y alrededor hay oxxo y lugares para comprar comida por lo cual no batallaras en eso, atención rápida, contento y sin duda regresaré de nuevo.

Beautiful home. Amazing rooftop pool view. Spacious livingroom. Beautiful kitchen. Beds are super comfortable. This is the best place i have stayed in Tijuana . 24 hour security so you are not alone walking to your car. Super big livingroom t.v great for movies with the family.

This was my second time staying here, and I’ll definitely be back again! The host is incredibly nice and always very attentive, which really makes a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Carlos’ apartment was immaculate. The TVs were equipped with multiple applications. And we had so much fun in the heated pool. The location of the apartment was perfect to sit in the balcony area and enjoy a cocktail.

Lucy was a great host. There was a miscommunication on my end and Lucy was extremely cooperative. Area is nice and clean and is gated and secured if you have a vehicle.

had a great stay. only thing I will note, but it didn't affect me enough to leave anything but a 5 star review. the bathroom has no sink. again, didn't affect my stay and I'm sure it was shown in the pictures and it was a detail I overlooked. other than that I had no issues. responsible and responsive host. no real loud noises, slept peacefully. would stay again.

Carlos es un excelente anfitrión, es amable, cálido y buen conversador, durante nuestra estancia siempre estuvo atento, se esmero en la recepción pues encontramos en la habitación agua infusionada y chocolates de bienvenida, ya sea por la mañana o las tardes en las que coincidimos siempre nos ofreció café con galletas e incluso un día tuvo el detalle de compartirnos de su desayuno, también nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para comer y lugares por visitar tanto en Tijuana como en Ensenada. La casa tiene muy buena ubicación y una hermosa vista al mar, encuentras todo a unos pasos. Es una excelente opción para hospedarse. Gracias Carlos!!

Muy limpio el lugar solo le falta una mini split

Lugar demasiado limpio, ordenado y acogedor, demasiadas cosas útiles para la cocina, tal cual una casa con todo lo indispensable, lugar tranquilo y muy céntrico, anfitrión demasiado amable y respetuoso, sin duda volvería alojarme de nuevo, mi estancia estuve demasiado a gusto y tranquila!!! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I stayed at Adrian's for one month. I highly recommend to stay here at the studio. Adrian is very helpful and friendly. The studio is comfortable and has a beautiful view of Tijuana. The neighborhood is calm and safe and located well to access the rest of the city and the Otay border. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Tijuana.
