Home alarm system and video cameras for safety, 500 MBPS WiFi, 58inch smart 4K tv with Netflix, YouTube etc. organic cotton sheets, alkaline water. Border, and Rosarito beach are all 15-20 minutes away. Has back up water supply and also has back up generator, we just added a kitten to the house , she has access to common areas but not the rooms

VERY OLD MOBILE HOME w/old maintenance problems. Non shedding PETS ARE WELCOME! Due to the gardens, there might be some insects (we fumigate frequently)
