It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. Beautiful house in Tijuana Baja California Mexico near airport 8 min, near Rio area 10 min, near Rio and Otay area line 10 min. It has a perfect location for what you want to do, a very safe house with surveillance all day and night. Whatever you need, we can help you. There will always be a person available to help you. In the garage there is only one car to store since I have mine stored there, but if you bring more than one, you can park it in front of the house without any problem.

The apartment is on the second floor of my house, totally independent of the first floor and is located in Magisterial Otay Tijuana 5 minutes from the Otay border crossing, approximately 15 minutes from the airport, very close to the American Consulate. Ideal if you're leaving Tijuana airport or waiting for family members. It has air conditioning and heating. I will open the door with a code for the comfort of your arrival.
