We visited San Diego to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation, and staying at Liam’s property made the experience truly unforgettable. The location was ideal, the home was beautiful, and the hosts were exceptionally responsive and accommodating. Every request we made was answered promptly, and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and charming. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego—you’ll be in great hands!

The complex is pretty large, unfortunately, there are parties that are there to literally party at night. Security is helpful and would be responsive to asking guests in lowering the noise. Great view, clean place with essentials. We saw pies of dolphins 2 mornings. Sunsets are very pretty. Highly recommended the place. Courtney was super friendly and responsive since I inquired about the unit. Would do it again!

Convenient Location

The house is really clean and luxurious. There is a delicious home restaurant about 5 minutes away. We got lost and Suzzette responded and helped us find the house right away. The only downside is the road is very bumpy.

Can't write enough good things about how amazing our stay was at this Villa. They really thought of every amenity that might be useful when staying away from home, down to the smallest details. We fell in love with this place immediately and definitely plan to come back again!

they were very responsive and gave good suggestions. they had a suggested driver who did a great job and was readily available as well

It was perfect for our big family. Plenty of room inside and outside. The kitchen worked great for all the Christmas cooking we did. The deck area was spacious and had a lot of games to entertain the kids.

House is excellent and as described in the listing. Chris was willing to listen to my concerns and willing to compromise, was flexible with check in and check out.

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

Their place is great! Did not skip out on the comfort and furniture in their home. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and peaceful. Great size house. The open indoor outdoor area is great for meals and hanging out.

This place was a lifesaver! I booked super last minute, and the host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. Seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. Another plus side - very close to the Puerto Nuevo lobster restaurants area. Less than 7 min drive . Highly recommend!

Eyasu was responsive at all times. He was flexible and accommodating to our requests. The space was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed sitting outside bbqing, playing games and pool. As we had plans for Legoland and the Safari Park the location worked great for us as close to the highway.

I had an amazing stay! The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short drive to the airport, making travel a breeze. One of the highlights was the farmers market held on the weekend just around the corner—great for fresh produce, local goods, and a fun atmosphere. The space itself was comfortable and welcoming, and I couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax after exploring the area.

Will book again for our next trip.

Great location and overall a fun place to be. It was great to have access to the beach and the pool is very close to the unit. Overall a great stay! However, it would have been worth the price if the place was upgraded. The beds were all uncomfortable and very noisy. The AC unit was leaking A LOT of water and we had issues with both toilets. The fan in one room did not work. While the staff was very attentive and tried to help as much as they could, the maintenance staff did not show up during our stay.

We loved, loved, loved this house! Everything was perfect for us. There were nine of us and we were in the San Diego area for my niece's wedding. The home was less expensive and more intimate than all of us craming into separate hotel rooms. My niece arrived there first and texted me, "It's even better than the pictures!" The house sits atop a hill, so even the next-door neighbors aren't visible. The views are spectacular and my favorite thing to do was sit by the pool at night and look at the lights and feel the breezes. Fernanda was a perfect host and even left a bottle of champagne and some beer to help us celebrate. Communication was seamless as was the visit, which took a lot of pressure off us as we prepared for the wedding. We have already started looking for a date when we can return!

This home is beautiful and is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We felt very safe always. The views from this home are incredible, we didn’t feel the need or want to leave the property. We traveled with 4 children and they enjoyed all the amenities at the home. They really particularly appreciated the warm jacuzzi and arcade games. Cam was a great host and very proactive making sure our trip was a great one from start to finish. We hope to be back to this beautiful home in a near future and highly recommend it!

Davids place was just as advertised. It was great that he was flexible with Check in time. The villa had a private entrance and is in a secure community close to the main attractions of Rosarito. David and his associate where very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. I would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks for sharing your space!

The condo photos do not do it justice, it’s beautiful and the layout is perfect! Open areas, good seating, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of clean towels, coffee bar, beautiful view, gated community with beautiful walkways, beach access, nice pools & hot jacuzzi! We will be back to visit here again soon! The on site restaurant is good as well! Instructions to enter the property were so easy and safe with a 24 security that checks the property consistently, and yet so welcoming. The sound of the ocean can be heard in this peaceful location from your living room and bedrooms! 10/10 experience
