The room is made up of a matrimonial bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa and night table. The bathroom is shared with members of the family. All the rooms in the house have air conditioning. Our guests are welcome in our home. You can stay in the common hall, in the sitting room/kitchen. During your stay we will be glad to get to know you. We live in the heart of Trastevere, the only district in Rome where human relationships still link the entire neighborhood, like one unique, big family. Our district is lively 24/7, but it changes throughout the day. In the morning, it is beautiful strolling along the alleys where you can meet characteristic people from this area along with famous people who have decided to live in this familiar environment, while in the evening you will have fun thanks to the presence of the best clubs in Rome. Very well connected with the Fiumicino airport. Whether walking or taking public transport, in a few minutes you will get to the most suggestive areas in the center of Rome, from Piazza Navona to the Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, The Roman Fora, Colosseum and St Peter's Square.

1 minute from Piazza Navona on the 3d floor of a historic Palazzo (16th century) waits for you a bright, quiet room with king-size double bed and private bathroom. Guests have complete privacy. No elevator, no television, no kitchen. Note on reason of Corona /Covid-19: our Bed&Breakfast has the same characteristics of a hotel accommodation. You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

The B&B is located in Rome, 10 minutes from St. Peter's Square, metro A Ottaviano, Lepanto and P.le Clodio bus station. Located on a quiet street and in a quiet building, located on the first floor. You will have a comfortable room with a double bed, private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. You can enjoy a drink on your small, exclusive-use balcony. You will have free wi-fi, smart TV and air conditioning. The B&B is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. Breakfast is included with packaged products and drinks (according to regional B&B law).

Room 2 has an area of 20 square meters with a private bathroom of 4 square meters. It has a double bed (160x200 cm), a console with mirror and armchair, a bench, a small round table, an open wardrobe and a TV. The bathroom is well equipped, the shower and wall covering is made of resin for greater hygiene.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.

We are a guesthouse (no breakfast is provided) The apartment is divided into rooms, all with private and independent bathrooms. The apartment does not have a kitchen or washing machine. The bedroom door opens with an electronic card and closes from the inside.
