Comfortable condominium in the center of Heid

Diese wunderschöne und grosse (90 m2) Eigentumswohnung in der Heid gibt Ihnen das Gefühl in den Bergen und in Ihren Ferien angekommen zu sein. Die moderne Unterkunft, der grosse Aussenbereich mit 2 Balkonen und der zentrale Standort (500m vom Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig) bietet alles was man für einen schönen Wander-, Bike, oder Winterurlaub benötigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für Gäste ausgerichtet, die sich ein paar Tage/Wochen in den Bergen nach Luxus, Aktivität und Erholung sehnen.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Eastern Cabin

Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation you can enjoy unique moments with a beautiful panorama. The newly renovated house offers an alpine, warm feel-good ambience with all the advantages. Start your hike or bike tour right at your doorstep or let the mountain railway take you up comfortably. Barbecue on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the sunset up close or cool off in the beautiful swimming lake. What could be nicer!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. -Thusis, main town with many Shopping - Post bus connection to Thusis (every 1/2 hour) - Rhaetian Railway, direction Chur/St. Moritz - Countless hiking and excursion and hiking opportunities - Ski slopes close by (Heinzenberg, Lenzerheide,) Flims/Laax) etc. - Thermal bath in Andeer (15 min.) - Chur (capital, 20 min.)

Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

Cozy and central: Studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Large cozy first floor apartment

The apartment is ideal for families with children, whether big or small, or for people with disabilities, as it is very spacious and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace invites you to the back for a cozy dinner or just go down a bit. The playground & pump track as well as the ice rink can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. An outdoor swimming pool is right in the neighboring village.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
