We had a lovely stay at Coleen's place, it was super homely and a lovely retreat near the beach. She was quick and proactive to communicate with us and offered us a late checkout unprompted. Parking isn't the easiest as there's no on site parking but there's nearby street parking.

I stayed two nights at Paula’s place while visiting an old friend in Sandwich. Great communication with Paula outlining checking in details and the facilities of the place. Great location in the town close to all the attractions, stores and short walk away to the train station. The room although small is fine for singles or a couple is clean, quiet and a very comfy bed. A updated ensuite style bathroom with shower and a compact kitchen area. Really enjoyed my stay and hopefully return on future visits.

We had a great 2 night stay. The communication prior to arrival was really good with clear instructions for arrival. We were attending a wedding at the nearby wilderness venue so the location was spot on. The place is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Claire made us feel very welcome and we would highly recommend. Thank you :)

Rebecca and Kevin’s place is cosy, beautifully decorated and conveniently located - near the station and walkable to the beach. Rebecca was very responsive and welcoming, making sure I have a comfortable stay. Will like to stay here again next time I’m visiting.

The annexe opens on to Chris and Nics pretty garden which we were welcome to enjoy. Our base was in a residential area but very quiet. We were able to walk to The Exchange pub who served excellent food . It is the perfect spot to stay to explore the surrounding area. Chris and Nic were perfect hosts. We had everything we needed, and felt comfortable and relaxed.

Bettie and John were fabulous hosts, this was our first Airbnb. They were flexible with the time of our arrival / departure which was great . We had everything we could need and more thoughtfully supplied by Bettie. We were made to feel very welcome and any enquires we had bettie responded to with a friendly and helpful reply. We would recommend and definitely stay again

This was the perfect location and accommodation to meet my needs over 4 days. Compact and bijou with lovely vintage furniture, really comfy bed and a lovely welcome gift of a brownie, milk in the fridge and fresh coffee were additional lovely touches. There was a kettle and fridge in the room as well as cups and utensils, however no cooking facilities, which I was fully aware of when booking so this wasn't a problem. Jo was absolutely lovely, extremely accommodating and clearly wanted to ensure that I had everything required for my stay. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Clean & cozy place, easy to find, clear instructions and easy check in. Exactly what we were looking for to explore the area and Canterbury. We often use Airbnb places to which we uphold high standards. This place held up quit nicely! Thanks for the croissants. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Alvaro’s place, it is beautifully decorated with a japanese inspiration which felt very cozy and zen - the perfect place to relax! Alvaro and his partner were great hosts, sharing tips of the neighbourhood. Our dog Heidi loved the space too and enjoyed the lovely garden! We can’t recommend this little gem enough!

Fran was a super host, she's been super accommodating and this is now my 3rd time returning. The space is well decorated yet minimal giving it a really calm but homely feeling. It also has a small garden area that you can open the doors onto which is a nice touch when the weather is good. Would highly recommend staying here.

Loved our stay here. Had everything we needed. Easy to find. We walked to Deal the first evening, quite ambitious but can highly recommend! Sadly the weather wasn’t kind to us on the walk back! The second day we walked to Walmer Castle (15 minute walk) and we also visited the micro pub in Walmer which is a five minute walk round the corner. Loved the accommodation and the location. Would definitely return again to explore more of the area.

Quex Park was a wonderful location and the collection of nearby rooms were exactly what we were looking for in our wedding accommodation. Check in was really easy, Ian was easy to communicate with and responsive. We had a lovely breakfast in the Farm Shop as well.

My experience staying at Claire’s Airbnb lovely location, beautifully clean and modern inside, nice and private nothing seemed too much trouble. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend I would be using this Airbnb again.

Great location on the seafront, private parking and easy to find. This accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing break on the coast. Vicky is really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Nice bar and restaurant 2 minutes walk.

We've stayed with Liz a few times now over the years and the place is impeccable as it's always been. All the facilities and amenities are very good.

The cart shed was easy to find with the instructions that Steve gave. He wasn’t able to greet us on our arrival day but had let us know before we arrived and gave an alternative contact if we had any issues. We had a small issue with the hoover but one phone call and this was resolved easily, by providing an alternative. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The property was convenient for visiting friends and family which was the reason we booked it. Our two spaniels loved the playing field in the village and the pub served good food. We tried the recommended curry restaurant, also very good. Steve had arranged for milk, butter , orange juice, eggs and a fresh loaf to be left in the kitchen. These were really appreciated.

The van was lovely and spacious, very clean and every little thing thought about. Lesley as host was very friendly and very quick to respond. We visit Faversham often and this is an ideal base to stay with the dogs. Thanks!

Love love love this little gem of a property. Perfect for what I needed wish I had enough time to spend more time. Very comfy & homely. Perfectly situated for walks & views. Ssshh don’t tell everyone. I will be back next time I am across in the spring. Very friendly and also discreet and they are available for you if needed.

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.

This was perfect for our few days working in Margate. Pre-arrival communication was good which was important as we were arriving late. Good size drive for our van plus well stocked with essentials and more! Would use again and recommend.

Great place to stay with a friendly, responsive host. If you've never stayed in Canterbury before, the building is only a 10 minute walk from Canterbury West train station, plenty of pubs and restaurants, and there is a Sainsburys just a 5 minute walk away for all your grocery/personal needs. The room itself has everything you would need and it was a pleasant month-long stay. 10/10
