Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!

Cosy sea views in a great location

The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
