We stayed only one night as we were going on le shuttle in the morning. Easy to find, easy to get to the sea to walk the dog. Quiet room with lovely breakfast. We would visit again.

Just about as good as it gets! In a beautiful garden setting with lily ponds. The garden room has its own kitchen and everything you could need is provided. The bed is comfortable and the unit is superclean. No TV but take a book and watch the butterflies on the buddlea instead.

The place is beautiful and near food establishments. Also, the house is clean and well-ventilated. The host always takes care of us and our needs.

All the staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Shower was good. Restaurant served a good variety of food. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for a nice stay.

My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

Had a wonderful stay in Margate, with a wonderful host. Kathleen was welcoming to her home and very friendly, she had good knowledge of the area and was able to provide recommendations on local amenities. The house itself was warm, quiet and cosy, taking about 15 minutes to walk into Margate Old Town.. if you like the beach, its a 2 minute stroll down the road. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect ! Vivian was so great at getting in touch, very responsive to messages and very helpful with directions and information. She kindly offered us a slightly earlier check in for a quick outfit change for a wedding we added at Westenhanger castle, Vivian even said she would take us her in her car to the venue which we were so grateful for. She went above and beyond for us. Very much appreciated. The room was clean, it was pleasant enough for my sister and I to stay. We were greeted with a smile and lovely manor, we felt right at home. We would definitely book with Vivian again for any other wedding we have that way. Food in the morning was beautiful, scrambled egg on toast, we had fruit and pasties, also fresh orange and a range of coffee and tea all in our room. Amazing!!!. Sonia and her husband we're wonderful hosts who made me feel right at home. The short time I spent with them they we're friendly and accommodating to my dietary requirements. I felt safe and secure, the home was lovely and clean.

Simply Fantastic Hosting! Best Airbnb I've ever been to. The apartment is of great taste, with everything of the first line: towels, bedding, pillows, utensils. The place is great, close to the market, supermarket, bakery and coastline - very well located. I highly recommended this place. We will stay here again for sure.

We had such a wonderful stay at Ann’s place! She kindly accepted our booking at the very last minute, which we were incredibly grateful for. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home—welcoming us with a lovely glass of wine. Her home was absolutely spotless, offering the perfect mix of comfort and privacy. We truly appreciated how respectful and attentive Ann was throughout our stay—always available if needed, but never intrusive. The setting was incredibly quiet, which made for a peaceful and restful night. And the breakfast she prepared for us in the morning? Absolutely divine. Highly recommend staying with Ann—she’s a thoughtful, gracious host and her place is a real gem!

We had a comfortable stay with Judith. The location was peaceful and private with excellent secure parking which was important to us. Judith supplied us with tea, coffee, homemade cakes and jams. Thank you for your hospitality Judith.

Enjoyed a great stay in Deal with an old friend. Easy to find and right on the beach. Lovely view from the windows in the room of the sea. Spacious , clean, comfortable room with en suite bathroom. Tea, coffee making facility in the room which was welcome . Great fresh-cooked breakfast at a time of our choosing in the morning which set us up really well for the day. Deal is a small town of great charm which we thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to revisiting again some day. I'd recommend this b&b to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Deal.

Such a lovely peaceful spot in the countryside. we only stayed a night as we had a nearby wedding, but would happily stay longer. Breakfast was a lovely touch also. Highly recommended

I had such a lovely stay at Richards home. My space was large, 2 rooms. It was upstairs and next to a full bathroom which we shared. I was able to unwind and relax. His garden is stunning. I did the walk behind his home. I also rode my bike to Sodmarsh and was able to walk there. There are 2 pubs within a 10 minute walk. I was able to prepare food and cook and he cleared a shelf in his fridge for me. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be sorry.

Excellent Host, very kind. She provided extra toys for our 1 year old. There is a huge extra "play" room with large tv, pooltable where we could enjoy some quality time with our family. The room was clean and cosy with it's own bathroom. I recommend it to everyone to stay here

Celest welcomed us to her home and it was such a pleasant stay! Our room was clean. Linens were fresh. All amenities are provided. Breakfast was absolutely stellar with cheese board, toast, yogurt and other food we can't remember. View from the breakfast table was a cherry on top. Celest even went out of her way to lend us a walking guide book which we had followed. We were extremely happy with everything. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet holiday with a friendly host.

Lovely place to stay, perfect for my stop whilst walking the North Downs Way. Sarah and her family made me feel incredibly welcome and I felt right at home. The house is lovely and I slept very soundly after an excellent dinner at the local pub just up the lane. Very highly recommended!
