Ms.Cynthia was very responsive,and she gave very clear instructions on how to use everything in the space and also how to find the apartment as well. The space was very clean and very comfortable.

Jane is amazing, always responding to everything in less than a minute, the place is more than amazing, clean, beatiful, keyless access, ton of amenities inside. More than 100% recommended place to be.

Everything was awesome ,but the bottom of the tub was dirty, and the toilet filled very slowly I lost the # and sent him an email him and asked him to call me and he didn't get back to me this time ,and I feel that should be taken care of,I fill I due some kind refund. Other than that I loved the place, everything but that was very clean .

Great location and the host was extremely helpful with any items we required. The location is perfect if you want to be in Downtown Houston. Great apartment and the building has very nice ammenities. I would recommend this apartment to friends that are visiting Houston as well...

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They sent a list of things my son might like to do once we arrived at the condo, and followed up to ensure everything was going well.

Very cozy place. Felt like home. Great location. Crossing Seawall Blvd to get to the water was easy and could be done with small children. Douglas is a great and prompt communicator. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay . Great condo on the second floor. Easy check in and out. Gregory checked in on us every day to make sure everything was as we needed. All amenities at the condo available for stay. While a bit isolated from the rest of Galveston it’s what makes this location quiet and peaceful. The pool and lazy river are amazing. Property has on site lift for the pool which made our stay even more pleasant . The bar was open which was also a treat . Didn’t get to experience the on site spa . Seawall Cafe and Sea Horse Grill are hidden gems. We loved our stay and would definitely return

A breathtaking cozy home away from home! Highly reminiscent of timeshares of the 80-90s, an at home feel, not pretentious, welcoming, other guests were welcoming. Had the biggest balcony patio around! A/C was fantastic! Parking on a Saturday night is crowded after everyone's come in for the night, but we managed! We will definitely be back! The grands adored the bunk beds in the hallway. Literally loved this place!

Easy check in process at the condominium. Staff was helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking . Carts available for loading / unloading. Easy and safe access to the beach. Outside showers available for use prior to coming back in. The unit itself is wonderful. Shanna has the unit well decorated and not lacking for anything. Nice touch with the bottle of wine waiting to greet you. The view of the Gulf and the ships from the 9th floor is incredible. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony while listening to the roaring surf. Shanna had a number of items available in the unit for use at the beach (some beach chairs, cabana for shade, beach wagon). The front desk has a phone number for a third party company if additional equipment is needed for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay @ Shanna's Sea Spot on Galveston Island. She is a great host.

Location was fabulous, the condo was perfect for 3 adults and a toddler. Wendy had everything we needed except for food and drink. She even had coffee with sugar and creamer at the ready! Wendy notified me prior to check in that the cleaner reported the fold out bed in the couch had a broke leg and was willing to have a replacement delivered the same night! I declined as it wasn’t necessary for us and we wouldn’t need that extra bed. She was prompt with communication and was clear with check in and check out instructions. Front office was friendly and actually had affordable laundry soap so I didn’t have to make another trip to Walmart which btw is walking distance! The pools were fabulous and the condo is right outside the more kid friendly pool. Elevator was broke by our room but we managed. We could have used one on the opposite side but it wasn’t terrible for us. This is located on the top floor (4th floor) definitely keeping this gem saved! Great first time A-BNB experience! ❤️

This was a great stay! Super easy walk to the beach across the street, as well as an easy walk to Walmart and some food places. We enjoyed the space and felt right at home during our stay. We highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Galveston's Gem! It was the perfect beach getaway for my family, including our 2 year old! We loved the extra amenities for kiddos, it was nice to not worry about bringing the pack n play or high chair in the car. She even had pool noodles, sand toys, and boogie boards. The proximity to the beach and pool at the complex made it so we hardly left the property. Walmart is also super close to grab groceries, and lots of great local restaurants nearby and off the main drag. It was clean, comfy, and super cute. Sandra is also a Galveston native, so make sure to check out her recommendations - we loved Millers Seawall Grill. We would totally come back! Thanks Sandra!!

Best stay ever!! Their place is clean, free of clutter and had everything a family of 5 could need. The location is excellent and the pool was perfect 🥰 We will save this one for sure!!

Johnathan was an excellent host! We booked kind of last minute and he was very responsive and helpful with our questions. The condo is adorable with great amenities and the beds were soooooo comfortable! The balcony was also a major bonus! Much larger than expected with nice patio furniture for relaxing. I even took a nap during a gentle rain on the balcony under the umbrella that covers the outdoor furniture. So peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is surrounded by a beautiful wildlife sanctuary, great for bird watching. Carolyn’s home was easily accessible, clean, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities and more that we needed, including a variety of indoor and outdoor games, books and guidebooks. She provided a great list of local restaurants and things to do and was extremely responsive and flexible with check in and out. The house is in a great area and really peaceful, with access to the beach and jetty just down the street- and the ferry only a few minutes away. The fenced in yard was perfect and had plenty of room for our dog to run around safely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked, the air worked perfect (this is a big deal in Galveston, I haven’t stayed in many where the house was cool the entire stay) and the hot water seemed to be never ending which was great with 4 teenage girls. We enjoyed kayaking, playing pickleball, and sitting out on the deck at night. The neighbors are super friendly and everyone is so welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful place to stay including beach supplies and 6 person golf cart to get to beach. House was only 1 1/2 blocks away from beach so it was great for taking walks on the beach. This beach area is away from crowded beaches in Galveston town and offered considerable space when relaxing on the beach. Very clean home with good size kitchen and wide open living area. Hostess maintained frequent contact to make sure everything was going well and if we had any additional needs. Highly recommend this home to stay at when in Galveston area.

What an amazing stay! Me and some of my friends and family stayed here for 2 nights and we absolutely loved every second of it. House was clean, cozy, and well furnished! If you want to visit Galveston and want to explore everything, this place is the way to go! Everything is super close to the house so it makes it very walk able! Host was super kind and respectful and will definitely return some day!

Such a cute and clean ocean bungalow. We were a family of 7, including 2 young boys. We all were comfortable and had things to do and the privacy we needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We had a few old friends visit for a couple of hours and they were all impressed with the house and location. (They live in the area, we don't) We left Galveston with many fond memories of our stay at the Sandy Shack. Thanks to wonderful hosts!

Beautiful view of the ocean and peaceful area close enough to the tourist draw but far enough for calm. Bunk beds were a plus, our kids slept good, better than at home lol. The kitchen was equipped well with everything we needed to prepare meals. The place was nicely decorated and clean. Perfect for our little family of 4 (2 small kiddos, and couple).

We absolutely loved our stay at Lisa’s place, and Lisa was a wonderful host!
