Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Ideal for 30 day stays. This room has its own entrance and its own bathroom. It is close to the Refineries, UTMB, and Galveston. It is very quiet. It is very private. Safe and quiet neighborhood. This room is closed off from the rest of the house. If you arrive at night there are motion lights that will come on as you walk to the room. It is very well lit at night. Check in is at 3 pm. If you know you are going to arrive more than an hour early, then reserve for an extra day.
