Beautiful accommodation surrounded by nature, ideal for spending a few quiet days. The lake is very close and the property is small but cozy, the host is responsive and kind and they welcomed us with small snacks for a sweet break and savory treats for an aperitif. I absolutely recommend it!

I stayed at Nadio's super apartment on two occasions on my travels in Italy. It's a 15 min taxi ride from the airport. Not actually in the centre of Rome. Much better than in the photos. The apartment is a beautiful five star experience. Lovely private garden to sit outside to relax and enjoy the sun. Inside there's the large lounge area and self contained kitchen with everything you need. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms on suite. Excellent aircon in all rooms. Nadio is very friendly, a super host who was there to greet me on arrival. He made sure I settled in and is a great communicator. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment and will definitely return. Thank Nadio for a great stay 🙂

Valerio made us feel at home from the first day we arrived. The communication was excellent, in fact, at every small clarification I did not hesitate to contact him, always receiving a timely response. Upon arrival, we found bottles of water, juices, and a few things to use for breakfast, complete with a welcome note on the chalkboard in the house. The house is very clean and consistent with the listing images. Very quiet area, perfect for those who want to visit the city center, but stay a little away from the chaos (especially for families with a small child, as in our case). We were really satisfied and on the next visit to Rome, we will definitely contact him again:) Thanks Vale, see you next time!! ❤️

Elisabetta was very nice and friendly to us, from the beginning. On the last day, we could stay as long as we wanted, as they had no other reservations for the day. Thank you again. We were there for a whole week. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and quiet, in a quiet neighborhood, but there are still many things to find near the apartment. Rome's city center is easily accessible by public transport. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything.

I stayed at the house made available by Michela for a concert at the Olympic stadium. It is very well connected, with the bus stop less than 5 minutes away that takes you directly in front of the entrance in 30 minutes. And if you want to go by taxi, it gave me 15 minutes. Even to return in the evening I had no problems because they are open late. The apartment is very nice, clean and fragrant, perfect for two people. Equipped with air conditioning and also a coffee machine (which I gladly used). Michela was extremely kind and helpful, very communicative through messages for any need (e.g. turning on the water heater, check-in and check-out times) I highly recommend this solution and will be happy to return when I have other concerts at the Olimpico.
