Loft vacation rentals in Tennessee

Perfect for our needs of a long weekend. Neighborhood was walkable. Restaurants were walkable. Enjoyed a meal at the Common Ground. Carolyn was very responsive and helpful. Everything was as described.

We were in town for a concert at The Basement East and this location was perfect. We had a 4 minute commute. It was also close to grocery stores, bars, restaurants and our favorite, breweries. We had a perfect stay and the bed was so comfortable. I loved having my coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds and saying hello to the host's kitties. Great little spot.

Place was perfect, exactly as described. Easy commute to downtown! Plenty of shopping and places to eat around the area! Will def be back!

The loft was great. Close to some great restaurants. It was the perfect distance between and away from the city. Met hosts. They are super friendly and sincerely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. We bought our own snacks but the thought of having them proved they had thought of everything. Definitely worth the price and will check it out again if I ever make it back to Nashville.

Second time here in Franklin at this beautiful loft. Perfect walking distance to everything downtown and clean and well stocked. Loved our time here and will be back!

We had a great stay here! The space was absolutely immaculate, and very well appointed. It is quite a bit larger than it appears on the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning is quiet and effective. Linda met us for check-in, even though we had a delayed flight and arrived after 2 AM. she gave us very clear instructions about the place. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, full of very charming houses and bars and restaurants. It was about about a half hour walk to downtown, which was an enjoyable walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was great! Greg was very nice and gave us some local recommendations for our time in Nashville. It was always a great start to our day to be greeted by their happy dog Della, who was a highlight of the trip. Next time we are in Nashville, we will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay was amazing! Finding a place so close to broadway that could accommodate our dogs made our trip even better. We will definitely stay here again!

I loved the location and the unit was actually so pretty and clean. I will say if you’re traveling for work and trying to get any kind of sleep this is probably not the place to stay lol. The neighbors were insanely noisy, and it seemed i could hear everything going on upstairs no matter the time of day. Aside from that, if im traveling for leisure next time i would stay again!

Our first time in Tennessee staying at Bobby’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was clean, cozy & had the comfiest bed. Response time was prompt & he was extremely courteous. Being near the country & in such a quiet neighborhood had us feeling peaceful & welcomed.

Nicole’s apartment is a great spot for a short break in Nashville. It’s super close to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. The apartment is safe and clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

This place is an amazing place to stay. We felt right at home. Pictures don’t do justice. Instructions were accurate. Convenient walking distance to and from broadway. I recently had an incredible Airbnb stay in Nashville that exceeded all expectations! The cozy, modern loft in Nashville was a perfect blend of style and comfort. Great Place! The Golden Thumb was perfect for our stay in Cleveland. It was adorably appointed and had all the “must-haves” for a perfect weekend stay. Its proximity to Lee University, coffee shops and restaurants made this a 5 star space!
