Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Enjoy 200 sq. ft. of living space that includes WiFi, a loft with queen-sized bed, living room with sofa-bed and RokuTV, kitchenette (Keurig coffee pods) and bathroom with shower. Outdoor amenities include a private chiminea + lounge chairs, and shared fire pits, secluded deck in the woods and BBQ.

Perched on the edge of a cliff, this cabin offers incredible views of Byrd Creek below. The generous deck high above the ground, amidst towering trees and forest fauna is the perfect place to relax and get back to nature. The cabin does not have a kitchen, bathroom or AC. A short minute walk along a historic moss covered wagon trail brings you to an outdoor kitchen and clean bathhouse. Several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.
