Campsite in Crossville

CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19.

MatthewRating, 5 stars95 months ago
We stayed at the Enchanted Forest over the 2017 eclipse weekend. The forest is beautiful and very secluded, we didn't hear anything besides the sounds of the woods. Owls, frogs, hawks, etc. The campsite is very comfortable and it's next to a rocky creek in a stand of tall hemlock trees. It's much better than a campground, it's like having an entire forest to yourself for awhile.
A wooden porch is visible with two dark chairs positioned on it, surrounded by lush greenery and trees. A wooden cabin is seen in the background, enhancing the rustic atmosphere of the outdoor space.

Cooler than your average stay - Glamourous Camping

MichelleRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had the absolute best fall weekend at "the Kayaker." We are already planning next fall. The tent had every amenity you could want and was so cozy (I brought a stack of blankets and never needed them)! The bed was so very comfortable. The lodge was much nicer than we anticipated and I don't think I've ever seen a campground bathhouse SO nice! We loved how private our glamping tent was but how easy it was to walk everywhere else. One night it drizzled and it was just so cozy inside our tent to play a game by lamplight with the little propane heater on. The fall colors were spot on and we were nice and close to hiking and mountain biking as well as an apple orchard, Wineries, breweries and shops! Can't ask for anything more!

Luxury Creekside Retreat: RV in Gatlinburg,Tn

StefanieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My family stayed for a few nights en route to our new home. This Rv was an amazing find! Super clean and excellent response time from the hosts. We had an issue with the hot water on the first night and Cindy replied instantly and we had our hot water running within just a couple minutes. The RV is situated in a campground and even though the other campers were parked rather close to each other, it still felt very private. The sound of the running creek was amazing to listen to at night. This was our first time staying in an RV and we loved it. We would stay again in a heartbeat and our only regret was not staying longer. The pool/arcade/mini golf area was also just a 4 minute walk with our kids (that was their favorite part), and it was super convenient to have access to the laundromat.

Donald was always available when we had a question. The site was everything and more. We enjoyed having the golf kart. There was so much to do without the traveling if you chose on site. Our 2 puppies felt right at home. I enjoyed falling asleep in the woods with slight sound of the water. I really likeed the fountain and stone grill. I would definitely recommend this site and Donald for your next stay. I will be booking again without a doubt.

Tent in the Trees, Down by the River

ChristyRating, 5 stars7 months ago
My 13-yr-old son and I needed a weekend getaway. The yurt at Waterloo overlooking the creek was perfect. We had everything we needed. We relaxed around a fire, visited the waterfalls and braved wading in the cold November water, enjoyed a hammock we brought, read books, and enjoyed a night walk with the full moon. Cookeville is a short distance for town runs. We just needed rest this time, but next time we'll probably venture out to other hikes and waterfalls in this beautiful area.

Snuggle sweet goats & stay in cozy RV on farm

MaryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay! The camper was clean and cozy. Bart, Natasha, and Kaiya were great host. They were very friendly and we felt right at home. Natasha and her daughter were very nice to show us the animals. All the animals were friendly and loved attention. My daughter loved playing at Sugar Magnolia Farms. The baby goats, playground, and Kaiya's company were an added bonus. I would definitley recommend staying here especially if you would like a nice break from Nashville and experience the country side in Robertson County.

"Bungalow Bus" Country Retreat

DavidRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This little bus was a perfect way for my wife and I (and our pooch) to enjoy a weekend away. We moved away from Nashville last year and this was such a great way to come back and see the area in a new light and celebrate our friend’s marriage. Peaceful and serene I could sit and stare at the stars for hours. Would stay again!

The scenery, the sunsets, the stars! This property is so serene! The air stream is very roomy. It has everything you need. We spent our days doing yoga on the deck, connecting with nature, going on hikes and making s’mores at the fire pit. Chris is so wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! This town is cute, quant and everyone is very sweet. There’s lots of farms and cows to see as well. This experience brought us a lot of peace and connection. You won’t regret booking this property. Go experience the magic for yourself.

Glamping Creekside at Del Linnea!

AmyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This glamping tent was very cute inside. There were a few spider webs on the corners though. The shower was cute as well. It was on a little busier road than I expected so it was a bit noisy with the truck traffic. Unfortunately it rained for most of the night so our sleep wasn’t great but all in all it was a nice tent.

The Hippie House Schoolie

We were able to come and stay in the Skoolie and found it to be just as described. The bed was very comfortable and loved waking up to drink some coffee. The place has a nice yard with a hammock and privacy fencing. Hosts are friendly and very responsive to messages. Seeing the way this skoolie was set up gives us inspiration to get our skoolie finished. Everything was just what we needed and would recommend others to try out this awesome hidden gem! We would love to stay again. Thanks for everything 😀

The Happy Haven

TamethiaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I don't know where to begin but Ciara and Craig's "Happy Haven" was fantastic! From beginning to end, she was very hospitable and extremely prompt in her responses. She was also helpful with recommending local activities from my son and I as well as providing us with a sweet welcome note and my son a small gift. It was our first time staying in a RV and this was just perfect for the both of us. The place was beautifully decorated and the bed sheets felt like I was sleeping on cloud. All of the essentials such as toiletries were available in case you happened to forget something. I was lucky enough to meet Ciara on our way checking out and she was just as amazing in person as she was throughout our visit. While this may have been our first RV and Sevierville experience, this most definitely will not be our last time staying at The Happy Haven. Can't wait to come back again soon. Thank you Ciara and Craig for being the super best super hosts EVER and God bless you!!!!
