This is a great place for a stay in Memphis. Quiet well maintained neighborhood. Lots of space with a great theatre/bedroom downstairs. You can walk to plenty of restaurants and bars or drive to downtown or Graceland in minutes. Place is well furnished and has a great updated kitchen. We loved it.

Great place for everyone. Love that is dog friendly. Cozy and quiet. Super nice host. Brandi came to greet me at my arrival and chat with us for a while.🥰They responds to messages in less than 2 min😊. Thanks for everything Michael and Brandi it was an awesome experience. Beautiful location, close proximity to the lake w/ a slip, clean and looks just like the photos on the site! Great space and our group loved it! This is our second booking in two years and if we have the group again, we would book this location again in second!

The home was very nice, clean and updated. The porch was perfect for enjoying the amazing view! Well stocked with everything we needed. Great location!

7 Acres is one of the best places we have rented (airb&b/vrbo)! The house was very clean, spacious and well decorated. It literally had everything we needed. The setting is lovely and private and only a short drive to restaurants and activities in town. We had eleven people and there was still ample space for privacy if needed. Every couple and/or single had their own bedroom and bathroom, there are three large gathering spaces indoors plus two outdoor (one screened in and a deck) most with beautiful Mountain View’s. Highly recommended!

Excellent spot for a large group. Dock spot was perfect. Location on lake was great. Pool location was right next to condo so you can sit on balcony and watch kids. They do not sell gas at this resort. Tiki hut was in same cove and was awesome. In the next cove over Springs resort has the famous Dock Burger and gas if you need to fill up. Burger was excellent. Call ahead if you want burger ready by the time you boat over. Balcony does face afternoon/evening Sun so if you want shade you will have to bring your own patio umbrella. Owner does not supply but has patio table that has hole in center. Can’t remember if it has umbrella base

My family I had a fantastic time!. My wife thought that the entire place was only family friendly, but extremely well organized so that we could enjoy our time as a family and as a couple.

Beautiful river sounds, outdoor covered hotub- solar lights would have been nice, amazing firepit, porch and grill! I wish we had camping or beach chairs for river and when the walking bridge is repaired, wow such a great vibe at dinner @ The Abby! The interior is exquisite- games, tv, chairs to read and gorgeous windows throughout. You feel miles away but close enough.

We had a wonderful 4 night spring break! The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool with the kids each night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location could not have been better. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg to walk around and shop. We also drove into Pigeon Forge for Dollywood one day. That’s a little longer drive but very easy. We will definitely be renting again.

Our stay was excellent, had a great time on the water having easy access. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We willl definitely be back!

I recommend this place, I was only there for one night but I did not want to leave. everything is in walking distance. and inside was clean and comfortable . will definitely book again

We stayed in Villa 7. Amazing view of Pickwick. Had all the amenities and when ran out of propane a new tank was there within 30 mins. Great decor and convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. The place is as described in the listing and the host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. I was looking for a place to retreat and just have some quiet time. It was a beautiful setting and wonderful views. Will definitely make a return visit. Thanks for a wonderful retreat.
