Amazing stay! The power went out due to storms in the area, but that didn’t stop us from busting out candles and having a game night. Super cozy and beautiful home even in bad weather! 10/10 Will stay here again

We had a fantastic time! The house was clean and had tons of amenities and activities, especially for children. Shelly went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time and was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Excellent experience!

This home was beautiful, with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stayed here. The house had all the essentials needed. Paul also has a binder put together of all the local things to do or places to go. It was very helpful. The dock is a quick drive down the road (2 mins). We had very spotty service in the area but we didn’t mind.

Loved loved loved staying here!! Was so happy to be able to pet goats! The most perfect kitty lives on the property and will politely make you biscuits! The place was so comfortable and cozy. Loved the lightening bugs and trails to the creek, escorted by kitty of course. Host was so down to earth and went out of her way to allow me an early check in! She’s a super woman! Will definitely be back, close to many great hiking spots! The blue hole is a must! Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Catch and Release tiny house! The space was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked — it provided everything we needed and more. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and kayaking on the lake was such a highlight. It was the perfect blend of comfort and outdoor adventure. Stellar lake house with incredible views, fantastic design features, and perfect vacation amenities! Sheila was an amazing host with wonderful communication throughout our stay. The home was a perfect escape for coffee-filled morning porch-sitting and cozy evenings inside watching fireflies. Our weekend plans were derailed by weather. We were blessed to have Sheila’s lovely home as a place for new flexible planning around the area. Winchester, Lynchburg, and Fayetteville had charming town squares and a few attractions to explore. Extraordinary home that is a one of a kind place for all sorts of fun! Thank you, Sheila!

Kaycee and Scott were wonderful hosts!! They provided great detail of places to eat, things to see and do, including hikes that my sister and I greatly appreciated. They always checked in and were very attentive throughout our stay! Their cottage is perfect for exploring Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Highly recommend for anyone exploring the Great Smoky Mountains too!! Great spot.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy and Chandlers Airbnb. We came for a weekend with our family and found it very relaxing. All the beds were comfy and we spent a great deal of time enjoying the screened in porch. Even though the lake access is primarily a boat ramp, we brought our own tubes and thoroughly enjoyed floating out there every day. We cooked all our meals and found the kitchen very well equipped. We’d love to come back and enjoy another stay there. We highly recommend and it was a great price compared to other Airbnb’s we looked at.

A beautiful location, right on the Watauga river. A very peaceful and serene environment. My family and I loved staying here and my 3 yr old son especially loved seeing the geese and playing in the river. The house is older construction, but very charming. It has been updated beautifully for modern day comfort. The host was very accommodating. The hot tub was very clean and very relaxing. We would love to stay here again.

The Clementine Cottage was perfect. It was cute, quaint, CLEAN, well outfitted with lots of nice extras. She had brochures on all the nearby activities. We fished, we kayaked, we sat around the fire pit, we enjoyed the screened porch. My only complaint would be that I mistakenly thought the cabin would be a little more secluded but even with that being said, it was quiet, it was serene, we enjoyed our long weekend very much and are talking about another trip there. And Gloria is a great hostess. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was.

Awesome place with tons of great outdoor activities. Nice community with good public spaces. Comfy beds, great ac, easy access to amenities. Pup shed was a great additional space. Host very prompt to communicate as well. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Clint's! The cabin was so cute and right by the river. We enjoyed listening to the dam at night while sitting on the deck. It is not too far away from Chattanooga and close to hiking trails! We also loved petting the horses and walking around the ranch and mill.

This is our second time staying at this lake perfection. Already planning the next trip! The house is truly perfect in every way and has so many amenities that help to make it the most relaxing and fun stay! Wonderful location, well stocked home, best view and space to completely unwind!

Whatever you seek, Billy Goat cabin is probably the place you’re looking for! Some of the most thoughtful, friendly and kind owners we’ve ever stayed with. They make sure their guests are taken care of and more - we had a sweet personalized message and fresh eggs for us upon arrival. There is clearly a lot of thought put into the decor of the cabin - it feels like home. The beautiful grounds were perfect for disconnecting from it all and relaxing, and the chickens and goats were adorable. A plus is that it’s only 30-40 minutes from Nashville, and around an hour and a half from Manmoth Cave too! Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

When we got to the little blue cabin, we were blown away by the views. The house was amazing. With 7 guys, it was to accommodate us with no problem. Amanda and Bo were super responsive and helped in every way possible. Five star hosts. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains, this is it.

Beautiful place for solitude and a serene quiet birthday. Amazing views, clean spacious accommodations. Little details matter and they covered them all including labeling the light switches! Loved it all!

We had an amazing time at River’s Edge. Caleb and Stacy were great hosts. They were very helpful and responsive. The front porch was a favorite spot for our group. The swing and the rockers were comfy as we relaxed and listened to the river. This Cabin is located in the perfect place because it feels like you are out in nature, but are also close to all the attractions. Thank you Caleb and Stacy!

Iryna was super helpful and always kept in communication with us whenever we had a question or concern. The place is in a perfect location not too far from stores, gas stations, restaurants, and local attractions but still peacefully away from any busy-ness. It's located up top a pretty steep hill (so keep that in mind when driving) with a nice view of the surrounding hills and nature. There's so much to do near the area, and the house had plenty of entertainment of its own for those lazy-stay-at-home-days. It also came well equipped with everything one would need to get by so no need to worry about overpacking. There is not much to complain about, and everything felt clean enough for the most part. It is spacious for bigger families which is a plus. A couple of minor improvements could be taken into consideration. Overall, this place is definitely worth the stay and we really enjoyed our time here. It was a true blessing!
