Vacation rentals with lake access in Tegernsee

Very clean and well equipped. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

The house is charming and thoughtfully arranged, with so much care in every detail. The surrounding nature is pure serenity — birdsong, stillness, and the lake just a short walk away. It’s a perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the moment. A very special thank you to Sarah and Thomas, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Hassle-free, nice contact and friendly welcome by the family running the long-established pottery with the beautiful workshop. Beautiful views over the lake and the mountains to the east. In summer, a plus is certainly your own "mole" not a minute away with deckchair and parasol. Frauenchiemsee is fast walking, but if you are there for a few more days, still attractive again and again, as well as Herrenchiemsee next door, where we have been several times away from the "tourist must". Everything you need is pleasantly available. Apartment in the old house (18th century?) logically somewhat clairaudient despite modernization, therefore plausibly more peace and quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. But that doesn't bother anyone on this so quiet birdsong island. Gladly again and thank you !

I've stayed in many Airbnb properties but this one will be added to one of my favorites. Spotless clean, quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Lovely short trail walk to town. The porch was so peaceful with great views of the pristine blue lake complete with a view of swans and bird life. Melinda was a great host and quick to respond with answers to our questions. We look forward to returning.

Very nice and cozy granny flat. Very clean and has everything you need. Karin is a warm host who takes great care of her guests! We visited with our little daughter and the apartment was perfect. Glad to come back!

We had very relaxing 4 days in the beautiful apartment! The apartment is clean and furnished with a lot of love, nothing was missing. Silvia is a very friendly and helpful host! We felt welcome at all times and were well taken care of. The homemade spreads were a dream! We will definitely be back, then for a longer period.

lovely space with all the amenities you need. Nice and cool in the rooms because it is below ground. you might even need a jacket.

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I highly recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. the terrace overlooking the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

The place is really very nice and we had a great time. Large and cozy house in a very large and well-maintained green space. It was no problem to arrive late in the evening and leave in the morning at our leisure. Very kind and helpful host. Thank you for everything!

Had a wonderful stay! Gill was lovely and met us at the door to show us around and make sure we were settled in. Gave us a few recommendations and a layout of the area which was perfect. We had plans to sightsee in Munich and a few places around Munich so the location was great for that. 30 minutes outside Munchen old town and a short drive to Andechs Monastery and brewery and about 45 min to Neuschwanstein Castle. Worthsee lake is nice as were the other lakes in the area. The accommodations are spacious and well equipped for an old farmhouse. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this quiet peaceful spot and highly recommend Gill's place!

We spent a wonderful few days with our extended family in these two apartments. The house is very tastefully and high-quality furnished – you can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis was placed on quality and style here. The apartment was clean, well equipped and offered enough space for everyone. We were thrilled with the quiet, idyllic location, with many excursion destinations easily accessible by bike or car. The contact with the hosts was friendly and straightforward. We would come back anytime!

We were incredibly warmly welcomed!Sabine has a truly beautiful house right on the lake with its own jetty to linger and easy access to the lake! The house tells its own story, historically and lovingly restored! Everything was as described, the rooms are cozy, wonderfully comfortable beds, everything is tip-top clean and a view of the lake as it could not be more beautiful!Lake view from the room and balcony! Great stay, small but nice! Everything is available, great amenities. Also suitable for a weekend with a larger group (if you have no problem with a sleeping camp), especially due to the large terrace and the outdoor kitchen. Around the cottage, you are completely alone and do not have to be considerate of neighbors. We will be happy to come back!!

Our stay at Katrins place was great! she was always very kind and responsive, happy to accomodade some pecial needs we had because of the kids. She also proactively organize discounted ski tickets for Hochfügen. The house is exactly as in the pictures, lots of space for even a big group. Location is very good, close to some ski resort and some cute lakes.
