Guesthouse Paradise Samerberg - a magical place.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unobstructed views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.

We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Cottage Rosenstrasse am Alpbach

Discover the charming cottage near the lake right on the Alpbach in Tegernsee. The cozy 52 sqm retreat on two floors offers you a break in a quiet and at the same time central location. You can walk only 7 minutes to the train station and 3 minutes to the swimming spot. All shops serving daily needs, the Seesauna Monte Mare and the Bräustüberl are within walking distance. Relax after a day at the lake or in the mountains in the cozy apartment - your dog is also welcome!

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed. Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!

A complete farmhouse for you alone? Do you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and go hiking? Then the Bio-Gmaiserhof is just right for you! A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
