The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the "Moosrain" stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right in front of the house.

In unserem kleinen gemütlichen Apartment nahe des Rottacher Zentrums laden wir dich herzlich auf eine erholsame Zeit ein. Zu Fuß sind verschiedenste Restaurants & Bars erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt, eine Drogerie, eine Tankstelle und ein Bäcker sind nur ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbstverständlich da. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
