Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.

In our small cozy apartment near the Rottach center, we warmly invite you to a relaxing time. There are a variety of restaurants & bars within walking distance. A supermarket, a drugstore, a gas station and a bakery are only about 300 meters away. Fresh sheets and towels are of course provided. Other amenities include a Nespresso machine, a small fridge (minibar), Bluetooth speakers and a cool welcome beer.

The apartment "Beim Ederl" is 93 square meters and is located in the attic. It has a beautiful small balcony overlooking the lake. The decor consists of a mixture of traditional and modern furniture. Lakefront apartment

Our bright and friendly apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The boat dock is across the street, as is a public parking lot, which, however, only allows free parking for one hour and is then very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central parking lot Tegernsee.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
