Ein Supermarkt, eine Drogerie, eine Tankstelle und ein Bäcker sind nur ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbstverständlich da. Lakefront apartment

Unsere helle und freundliche Ferienwohnung hat einen direkten Blick auf den Tegernsee und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Monte Mare Seesauna. Die Anlegestelle der Schifffahrt liegt gegenüber sowie ein öffentlicher Parkplatz der allerdings nur eine halbe Stunde kostenloses Parken erlaubt und dann mit 8€ pro Stunde sehr teuer ist. Eine Alternative hierzu ist der Zentralparkplatz Tegernsee.
