Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A homemade breakfast can also be booked directly on site (if the B&B is open). For bookings for 4-5 people, another bedroom with a king size bed can be rented next door (separate listing).

The cottage is a 7-minute walk from the village at an altitude of 980 meters in the countryside. It has two apartments. The lower apartment is rented. Vättis has a grocery store, an excellent hotel, a gas station and many very nice people. It is a hiking and biking paradise and offers a lot of peace and quiet.
