When we go on a trip ourselves, we also think "Will they break the room's interior?" "Will they run around the inn and bother other guests?" I'm worried. "But I want my children to experience nature...!" We have created a "child-friendly inn" concept that allows you to stay with peace of mind even when traveling with small children. Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, where the inn is located, is a place rich in nature. In recent years, the younger generation has been moving to the area in search of good access to Kyoto and Osaka and the richness of nature. There are plenty of spots where you can enjoy nature all year round, such as Lake Biwa's play spots, Makino Pick Land, and Makino Kogen Ski Resort, all within a 5-10 minute drive from the inn! In the inn, we have prepared equipment and rooms based on the standard of "being able to stay with peace of mind" for those of us who are raising children. We hope that you can relax a little at our inn after the difficult days when you usually can't take your eyes off your children.

This is a private lodging [Kokoro]. This is a private house limited to one group per day, where you can experience the rich nature of Shiga prefecture and enjoy rural life. It is a nice, calm space that can accommodate up to 10 people. Please relax with your family and friends. It is about an hour's drive from downtown Kyoto, about 20 minutes by bus from JR Kokusai Line Azumigawa Station, or about 10 minutes by taxi. It is a quiet place and is fully equipped with WiFi, so please use it as a workcation. Ideal for those considering moving from the city center or trying out living☆ A BBQ set is also available for rent. Please be careful about making noise, and enjoy BBQ with everyone. We also rent BBQ equipment for a fee, so please let us know. Free parking is available on site. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
