Wonderful stay in Tokyo. Very clean place and easy to check in and out. Would definitely book again!

I stayed 3 nights in Tomohito’s apartment with my wife and my daughter. I can confidently share that it was the best airbnb experience we had so far not because of the perfect location, beautiful and large apartment but also the friendly and supportive communication of the hosts. I really felt like we were staying in our apartment. No need to mention that the stairs might be a littlle bit challenging with heavy suitcases but all in all, I can not think of any other place to stay in Tokyo next time after this experience

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

It was better than I thought!Not only did the children enjoy it, but the adults also enjoyed seeing the children in a way that they don't see in their everyday lives.There is also a supermarket nearby, and if you are coming from a rural area, you can buy what you want to eat at the service area on the way and cook it in the kitchen, so you can enjoy one meal in a way that is very different from a typical trip.What you can see inside the Holy Planet is just like being in the universe, and I was able to experience an extraordinary feeling that I had never experienced before.

It was a clean and nice accommodation. I couldn't leave a reply because the app was having trouble, but it was very helpful to send a message on schedule.

Our family loved the location, privacy, and especially the Floor 5 Spa and Sauna. Proximity to shops, French bakery, and markets, were fantastic. We highly recommend this rental to others.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. As described by the host, A2b exit is a 5-minute walk to the B&B, the neighborhood is quiet, not far from Asakusa Temple, 10 minutes walk, 2 convenience stores nearby (Family Mart and 711), restaurants, large and small supermarkets, all within walking distance, daily travel, subway access at the door, Haneda Airport is also direct access, highly recommended for everyone to stay!

The host provided detailed directions with photos, making it easy to follow from the airport all the way to the doorstep of the apartment. It made arrival completely stress-free. The host was proactive and very helpful, giving us great local recommendations that we actually tried and really enjoyed. The apartment matched the photos exactly – clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We found everything we needed for light cooking (salt, soy sauce, utensils, pots, etc.), – really nothing to complain about! We liked the location: just a 10-minute walk over the river brought us into the heart of Sumida City with lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. Akihabara was also within walking distance – we got there in just over 20 minutes. And Tokyo Skytree was practically around the corner – about a 5-minute walk, surrounded by peaceful parks that offered a great escape from the intensity of the city. All in all, a fantastic stay

The accommodation was in a great location next to a lot of good restaurants and within 5 minute walk of the train station. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mari's place. She was a responsive and a very accommodating host. I appreciate that she also lists all the important details beforehand, making the check-in process easier and the stay more convenient. The room was very spacious for us (a family of four). The room is clean and complete with amenities. In terms of the location, it is a bit of a walk from the Keikyu Line (airport line), but if you are going near Asakusa, there are a number available modes of transportation near the place. In our case, we chose to ride a bus, as it is the more convenient option for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Would love to stay here again once we go back to Tokyo 💕

I had a wonderful stay at this place. It was clean and very accessible. Manami was really proactive and helpful. She reached out before my arrival with detailed check-in instructions, local tips, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The location is great — just a short walk from the bus stops and train station. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or simply looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay, I’ll recommend this place.

The place is super nice with a good location inside Asakusa neighborhood. 15 to 20 min walking distance to the Asakusa temple and station, which is super well connected. Our only difficulties were: going up and down stairs with luggage, and adjusting the temperature of water to shower. Nothing more. I would recommend :)

We stayed at June's small studio apartment for the last couple nights of our vacation. It was cozy, and the perfect place for just a couple nights. The area is fairly quiet & it's a short walk to Ueno park, from where you can easily access the rest of Tokyo. We were able to drop off our luggage & check in early, which was great as we had accumulated quite a lot of souvenirs on the trip!
