Close to sandy beach & Aarhus City

Our home (170 m2) in Risskov is a one story house on a quiet gravel road. The house has a nice big living room, which is connected to an open kitchen. There are windows all along the South side of the house, which creates a sunny garden view from both living room and kitchen. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms with double beds (one big, one small). In addition we have two extra private rooms, which will be locked and not part of the rent. There is a nice big garden with swings and a playhouse

Adgang til have og gratis parkering på villavejen. 400 m til badestrand, 2 km til Riis skov, butikker udenfor døren og 5 km til Århus. 1500 M til letbanen og 200 m til bybussen. Fri parkering på villavejen. Værten bor i huset ovenpå lejligheden.
