Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The horses walk right around the house, and the chickens also (sometimes) walk freely around. When you have been on a trip during the day, there is time and peace to process the impressions. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a large terrace to the south and west around the house.
