The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Someone who rented it wrote, yes, that's right, it's 1.5 km to towns with shops. The towns are Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, and Skæring.
