Nice house of 175 sqm with enclosed garden and cozy outdoor living room. The house has its own heated pool (29 degrees) of 4 x 8 meters. I come by every morning and make sure the chlorine levels are right. From the house, there are great views across the Aarhus Bay, and Aarhus C can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in Rønde city, which has several grocery stores and cafes. Følle Strand is about 4 km away and suitable for children. The house is not rented to groups.

The area consists of 7 islands, which are connected by small bridges and canals. In addition, sports hall with various activities, Badminton and Padel court. There is a large outdoor playground, tennis courts, mini golf and mountain bike track... etc.

From the living room, there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and faces south-west. To the east, there is a large tiled terrace with a large annex of 10 m2 and here is also a basin/pool. The pool is open from May to September. The large lawn is suitable for play and is surrounded by trees. There is a charger for electric cars.
