Nice house of 175 sqm with enclosed garden and cozy outdoor living room. The house has its own heated pool (29 degrees) of 4 x 8 meters. I come by every morning and make sure the chlorine levels are right. From the house, there are great views across the Aarhus Bay, and Aarhus C can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in Rønde city, which has several grocery stores and cafes. Følle Strand is about 4 km away and suitable for children. The house is not rented to groups.

When you rent our lovely apartment, you will become part of the maritime islands, which is a holiday paradise for all ages. The area consists of 7 islands, which are connected by small bridges and canals. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is furnished with three good bedrooms. The gathering room is the kitchen, which is open to the living room. From the living room, there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and faces south-west. To the east, there is a large tiled terrace with a large annex of 10 m2 and here is also a basin/pool. The pool is open from May to September. The large lawn is suitable for play and is surrounded by trees. There is a charger for electric cars.

The house has two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120, 140 and 180 cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and functional without being new and fancy, and there is what you need to feel at home during your stay.

Each island is named after a shellfish and built with wooden cluster houses in different colors with front gardens and terraces. All the houses are located next to water - either the harbor or the canal as our holiday home on the island of Krebsen.
