In good weather, the harbor promenade is just outside well visited. Cozy and well utilized bathhouse with sleeping home. Fantastic, south facing, 180 degree panoramic views to water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its very best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Lovely holiday home right on the beachfront

In the waterfront of Ugelbølle Strand you will find this very unique well-maintained charming petit cottage from the 1900s. The house has been renovated over the years and appears in very good condition. When you sit in the living room and enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink on the terrace, you get the feeling of sitting on a houseboat, as it is only 7 meters to the water. Here is quiet and calm - and only the sea can be heard when the window is pinched at night. The kayak or paddleboard can be put in the water directly from the terrace.

Lovely tiny house in extension of our own house in attractive residential neighborhood, 250 meters from lovely, child-friendly beach. Get into gear in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors, beautiful herringbone flooring, and cozy, quality conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating, and rains showers.

Two wicker chairs are positioned on a wooden terrace, accompanied by a small side table. Each chair has a plush cushion for comfort. A soft glow emanates from a small lamp on the table, creating a calming ambiance as the greenery outside is visible through large windows.

Beautifully located tiny-House with sea view within walking distance to Kalø Castle ruin. The house is located in a large garden with old fruit trees with a lovely little fenced terrace. The house contains 1 bedroom with two good beds, kitchen with hot plates, oven and fridge, living room with dining area as well as TV and private shower and toilet. Free parking is available at the pottery shop. No possibility of buying breakfast. Bed linen is brought or can be purchased for 125, - / person No pets.

Vi udlejer hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l. Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger
